They sent a text message saying that their crew was involved in a car accident and needed to go to the emergency room! They asked me to reschedule to a different day (reading other reviews, I see this excuse was used in the past) Because I have family coming from out of town, in two days, I needed to find another cleaning service at the last minute! It turned out to be a huge inconvenience for me. I was disappointed, inconvenienced, and I have lost trust in them. I would look elsewhere.

I hired Loyalty Cleaning & Management for few months already and finally write them a review now…read more As we were moving out and selling our old house, searching online and found them, I called Eric for a few times and we couldn't reach each other at first, but I was glad I reached him finally. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

The cleaning itself was great! I've had other companies that just did an ok job. I also had them come another day for a move out clean and that was super helpful. We needed to do extra cleaning to get our deposit back, like clean the baseboards, which is an extremely tedious task, but they included that in the move out clean and they looked great! They cleaned the fridge (which was empty) and stove as well. The cleaned all the bathroom and kitchen surfaces really well and even cleaned inside the cabinets. It saved me a ton of time while moving and I didn't have to worry or stress about going back over anything they did. I will definitely be using this service again!

They only clean for three hours, and if you ask them to focus on something like the fridge, they may not properly clean other areas. In my experience, they left my kitchen cabinets, countertops, and bathroom surfaces covered in dust, grease, and dirt. When they finished, they didn't check in with me, the homeowner, to make sure the job met my expectations. Instead of apologizing, the manager dismissed my concerns with a careless response. This is an hourly cleaning service, not a true move-in/move-out cleaning. I regret not taking more photos to show how poorly they cleaned, as I had to spend the night finishing the job for my tenant.
