At first the cleaner came on a Wednesday but he soon realized that his hose wasn't long enough to go all the way from the van to my 3rd floor apartment to vacuum the mattress out, something about truck mounted vacuum. Came back the next day with MORE hoses and it almost wasn't enough! But we made it. He did bring a portable vacuum as well just in case but he said the truck mounted one would do the job better. He did the job in about 45 minutes, mattress was deodorized, stains were irremovable which I wasn't surprised because I had tried every method out there already. The only complaint is the price. The price I ended up paying was different from the price he quoted me, it was only $5-$10 difference which I'm not too worried about it but I should've been notified first.

II counted the rooms again for him. Plus this was something he should have said before he had done the top floor and stairs. He refused at first but I told him I had a record of all I was told initially on the price. He left the house after my payment leaving water on the floor at the entrance. He never asked me if I was happy with the service or gave any suggestions on how to get the tough spots out. I won't use them again!

They have a $125 minimum, which isn't bad as if you try and do it yourself with the rental cleaners, once you have rented the equipment, accessories and bought the shampoo, you're at $100 right there. They also will vacuum prior to starting the cleaning, however, I opted to do that before our technician arrived. Our appointment time was between 8:45 am and 9--something. Our technician, Aaron, arrived right at 8:45 AM. He was nice and polite and measured all the rooms prior so that we knew the fee prior to his starting the work. He did advise us that a few stains, RED GATORADE IS THE DEVIL, probably wouldn't come out due to the dyes that Gatorade uses. Aaron was finished by 10 AM or so (we just had 3 rooms, not the entire house, cleaned) and we were told to allow about 5 hours to let the carpets dry. It's been about that long and the carpets look great, even with the red Gatorade stains, they're at least a little less red than they had been. I will definitely use them in the future.
