I have used Mrs. AP cleaning twice now - once for a deep cleaning and once for a standard cleaning. Both services were performed excellently and within the amount I was quoted. The cleaning team always takes appropriate care and detail to ensure every corner of the house feels tidy. Both services exceed my expectations, and I will continue to come back to them for services. Not only is the cleaning service great, but the price is extremely affordable compared to other quotes I received in the area, and with a more personalized touch to my cleaning needs. The team is quick to respond over text for scheduling and service questions. I will continue to recommend Mrs. AP cleaning to anyone who asks for an impeccable cleaning service in the Orlando area. read more

Big warning before you select these cleaners, the cleaners themselves are great, but the owners are extremely untrustworthy. When I had my deep cleaning, they accidentally cracked the glass cooktop on my stove. I am totally understanding that accidents happen. But I do expect if something like that does happen, for the company to take responsibility to make it right. I watched the woman who accidentally did it send pictures to her management. The first outreach we had after this was them sending the bill. They never mentioned the damage until we brought it up. It's been two weeks with my husband reaching out to get a repair started, all the while we have no working stove. They don't reach out proactively, we've heard essentially nothing l. And I fully expect they just stop answering because they have absolutely no intention of filing an insurance claim or paying for the damage they caused. Proceed with extreme caution. read more

I'm very impressed. First I was surprised to see several people at my front door. They were very efficient, friendly and done in 3 hours. My home is looking even more clean and beautiful than my former cleaning person I've had for many years. They cleaned under items not just around them. All the stars for that! Thank you Mrs. AP Cleaning for doing such a wonderful service. read more

Mrs. Ap Cleaning came highly recommended, and as soon as we had our first service I understood why. Great communication, were concerned about our home cleaning priorities, and left our home in a way we haven't seen it in years. Very excited to continue using this team, and recommending them to others. read more

I have been using Mrs. AP Cleaning approaching a year now. I wanted to be ultra sure about the review and I'm happy to say they do a great a job for the overall value. I was in desperate need of help around my house because I do have chronic back pain I am being rehabilitated for. Their service price is based off of usage which makes sense as the more often the property is being cleaned the less effort they have to put in maintaining it. We use their bi-monthly service with a deep clean every quarter. Their standard services are great because unlike quotes I was getting from other maintenance services Mrs. AP services comes with moving furniture and vacuuming and cleaning underneath. They also wipe all surfaces removing decorative pieces to ensure a quality clean. Deep cleans are based off the amount of hours spent cleaning the property. They give you the base price and an estimate but they also let you know if they are going over and by how much to confirm you still want to continue services. It hasn't always been daisies and roses but anytime we had concerns they were immediately addressed and made right. If you let them know how you want something done they will do it. Again we mostly need help with strenuous activities like vacuuming and changing bedding and we are grateful Mrs. AP has been there during this time! read more

I went through 3 cleaning companies before finding them! Each prior company missed the Mark or up charged for every little thing. I was starting to think I would never find someone to help out while I was pregnant. I just needed a basic clean of kitchen, floors and bathroom and everyone prior disappointed. Booking an appt here was easy, fast and convenient. She was able to book on my requested day. Day of, they were on time and got right to work. 3 hours later, my house was 10x cleaner than I could have envisioned. They cleaned areas I was not expecting and I'm still finding things they did I'm impressed with. They've been back every 2 weeks since and I recommend them to everyone I know. Highly recommend! read more

We had been using Mrs. AP cleaning on several occasions for quarterly cleanings. We had never had an issue until a service last summer where they completed the wrong kind of service and we were told we would have a credit for our next service. We decided to utlize that in December 2023. The cleaning was completed and we never recieved an invoice (as expected due to the credit). Then, several months go by and last week two indivuduals somehow managed to use a gate code (they were not authrozied to use) and showed up demanding payment for a service we did not pay. We have everything recorded on our security cameras and our gate cameras. They accused my husband and I of blowing them off and not paying for services rendered. I then followed up via email 2x before I received a response and the response was a threatening message about sending us over to collections and denying us having a credit. I've attached a copy of the email. We never had an issue with them before this instance, however, we will not be threatened or told that were simply disregarding a bill when we were not and have requested our phone requests from our phone provider to show our attempts. They claimed they will be taking us to collections and we will continue to fight. Please be cautious as they seemed great until there was a minor issue that they took to the extreme, showed up to our home, used a gate code they were not authorized to use, would not tell us their names and then proceeded to threaten us with collections. read more

It's like Christmas every time Mrs. AP Cleaning shows up! The scheduling is effortless and they are very responsive when working to get an estimate and time scheduled. Their payment options are easy and straightforward. I would recommend sticking with the packages. I added additional services onto a standard clean the first time, and ended up paying a little more than quoted for a deep clean. However, when I brought this to their attention, they were MORE than courteous, and worked to get to a resolution I was happy with quickly! I am beyond satisfied with their services, their professionalism, and the attention to detail. They are very reasonably priced and I have become a customer for life! Would recommend to everyone in the area! read more

Magnificent job. Called them yesterday for a job today and they were at my house first thing this morning. They used appropriate cleaners and disinfectant products. Used gloves and shoe covers. The prices are affordable. The house looks clean and smells fresh. Fantastic job. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again. Ease of payment thru Zelle. Communication was speedy and reliable by text. Mr. Jean was respectful and courteous. read more

They were amazing! They communicated well in terms of timing, price, and then on the day of. I needed a move-out cleaning as I moved within the same complex (new complex, moved into an apt for 3 months until my final apt was ready). The team did a wonderful job and cleaned everything to the point that it looked as though no one had ever lived there! I plan to hire them to come out to my new place at least monthly (once the boxes are gone). Highly recommend!! read more

I highly recommend Mrs. AP Cleaning! They were able to work me in on very short notice. The job (a move-out cleaning) turned out to be a much bigger than originally thought, and they worked long hours, on a Friday night, to finish it. The owner was extremely friendly, responsive, and so helpful. The price was extremely reasonably priced. I could not have asked for better service. They did a wonderful and thorough job. I can't thank this crew enough! 5 stars!!! read more

We have been using another cleaning company, but the last few cleans we got from them were subpar and definitely overpriced. So, I went searching for a new company to try out. I found Mrs. AP Cleaning on Yelp, saw the great reviews, and decided to try it out. I'm very happy we did! We had a deep cleaning. Our house is super clean and smells amazing! They even got one of our bathtubs unclogged for us (something our landlord wasn't able to do either)! We are very impressed and pleased! We'll definitely use this company again!! read more

Worst experience with this cleaning service. Won't be using them ever again. I don't have time to write an essay on all the reasons it was terrible but here's one: they spent over 8 hours cleaning and didn't even clean the shower and bathtub. how do you forget to clean the shower and bathtub?? Hiring cleaners is supposed to make your life easier but instead it gave me a headache dealing with them. Never again. read more

Excellent move out clean, did beyond more than requested. Very pleased, will use again.

We just had our first house cleaning since purchasing our home in November and are expecting our first baby soon. The owner was very responsive to my quote request and messaged back quickly as well. The price was very reasonable and I was able to add other services for an additional charge. When I had to move up the date of our scheduled cleaning the owner, Ana, was very responsive and was able to schedule a sooner time, which was awesome! We were very pleased with the result, our home looked excellent and we appreciated their attention to detail! Thank you for the wonderful service! Will definitely use them again :) read more

I highly recommend! The two women did a fantastic job, very kind, professional and detail oriented. My house is sparkling clean!

So unreliable. Said they would call me and didn't - I had to reach back out to them to reschedule. Said they'd be here at 2 and weren't. I had to reach out to see where they were before they even checked to see how late they would be. I just cancelled instead of moving forward. If they're that unreliable and nonchalant when scheduling I can't imagine they would be any better when actually cleaning my house. I'll put my money in the pockets of someone who is willing to work for it. read more

Wow! We had a cleaning today and they did amazing work! Thank you so much! We will definitely stick with this company for the future.

I just moved to Orlando area and was in need of someone ASAP - the house we bought had been sitting for awhile so it was in need of a good deep clean. Ana was very responsive - we scheduled a day that week. They came right on time and were very efficient. The cleaning was very detailed- they went above and beyond. I'm now going to use this company twice a month as they did such an amazing job!!! Go AP Cleaning. Thank you! read more

We emailed through Yelp - gave them the info on our house and he gave the different prices for Deep and Regular clean. We chose to have the Deep clean for our first cleaning. The crew came earlier than our appointment - but texted me first to see if that was fine. They cleaned our home "spotless" - everything was done to my perfection and actually above!!! After they had finished, I booked my next appointment for 2 weeks regular clean. Their price was reasonable compared to the other company I had also received a quote from to deep and regular clean. Mrs. AP Cleaning will be my regular cleaning crew for our home. I am so happy to have found them. read more
