My call to schedule the clean was answered on my first try and the man I spoke with was professional and courteous. I scheduled the full house move in/move out clean for a few days later. Two cleaners arrived right on time armed with all the supplies they'd need. The ladies were friendly and hard working. It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners. I was charged exactly as quoted, about $300ish (I forget exactly). I would absolutely recommend Two Maids & a Mop to everyone looking for a thorough house clean and plan to use them again myself about once a year for annual deep cleaning help.

They did the work well and I am satisfied with that but I was unhappy that she charged me $200 because it was an office and didn't bother to call when she decided to change the price. Most of the place is vacant and I truly feel she overcharged just because it is now zoned as professional office.

After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.

Jenny was prompt in answering my telephone call, explaining the services and scheduling an…read moreappointment. Jenny brought up a discount if my house was clean enough and "up to her standards" since I had a cleaning service until the week prior. The amount for the service was a little unclear, but I felt I had a ball park figure and it would be ironed out wjen we met face to face. Jenny checked in with me the day prior as a reminder, to ensure everything was still ok to proceed. Three ladies arrived on time and began cleaning. Jenny arrived shortly after to look over my residence, we discussed doing our dishes this time and as part of our re-occuring service. Jenny told me that my house was very neat and tidy, then gave me a price that did not reflect any discount. The ladies did clean for 3 hours. I returned home and the ladies had already left. I found a sink full of dirty dishes (which was discussed to be done), none of our 5 ceiling fans were dusted, our garbage can was empty but no trash liner was replaced (which we had a large box of bags directly next to the trash can), two of the small bedroom trash can liners had large holes exposing the entire bottom of the trash can, a paper shredder bin next to our computer desk was not emptied and our couches were not wiped down. I contacted Jenny about these issues. She said she would discuss this with her workers. I waited the rest of the day and evening to hear a response, but did not receive one. Ater arriving home, my wife was very upset with paying the amount we did and receiving such poor attention to detail. We have had a cleaning service for over 2 years and have never experienced anything close to these issues, lack of communication if deficiencies were communicated and such a high price point for sub-standard work. I took several photos of the items listed above and sent them to Jenny with no response. If I were looking for a thorough cleaning service, with excellent customer service and at a reasonable price I would look elsewhere. I really wanted to like Jenny and Zen Clean Solutions, but they missed the mark by a long shot!

I hired Loyalty Cleaning & Management for few months already and finally write them a review now…read more As we were moving out and selling our old house, searching online and found them, I called Eric for a few times and we couldn't reach each other at first, but I was glad I reached him finally. Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

The most thorough cleaning that my property has ever had. I have a short term rental house that I use for hosting people with temporary residential needs. There was a traveling children's physician that was working for three weeks for Florida hospital and he brought a service assistance dog with him. Being that the dog was a German Shepherd there was dog hair and signs of the dog in the house that had to come out and I was having little luck progressing with the job as it seemed to be never ending. Dog hair was everywhere across the hard wood floors, under the beds, everywhere. The Maids brought the right equipment and the right people to thoroughly clean the house and it was spotless, smelled clean and there was not a single dog hair to be found anywhere. I now use The Maids to clean both of my temporary residential rental houses as they save me time that is valuable to my real job and they are so thorough that I get five star reviews on Airbnb for cleanliness from all of the guests that stay in the houses.
