Great experience. The team was very efficient and got straight to work. I've never had a cleaning service before and wasn't sure if I needed to give direction or not. UPDATE: Minutes after posting my three star review, I received a call from Fadia from Two Maids & a Mop. She was concerned about my review and lack of satisfaction so offered to send a different crew out today, the day following my original service. I agreed. This morning I received a call from Stephanie. She informed me she was one of the managers and she was taking two of her other employees, Angel & Marc to my house. I texted her pics of what I was not pleased with. On this trip I received much more communication along with photos of their progress. Stephanie said she saw what I was unhappy about. Not only did they clean the shower scum, counter water stains, streaked mirrors and downstairs windows (everything I complained about) but they also vacuumed upstairs which wasn't expected. My only gripe, and know it was pure accident, is that they must have taken my shower squeegee with them as it's no longer here. I've updated the rating to a 4 and do to all of the communication and previous challenges, I can't change it to a five. I do appreciate their follow up and willingness to make things right. ***** I was debating on 2 or 3 stars since 2.5 wasn't an option. This is only my second time using a cleaning service, I just am not as impressed as my last cleaning. First of all I get a text on Friday reminding me of my time on Monday morning. This would normally be fine, but from the time I received my quote via email until then, I had not talked to anyone. I called them and reviewed the details over the phone since I would not be home for their cleaning and was advised to leave a prioritized list for them. Monday morning, I get a text they are running late. No problem, since I wasn't at home. That was the only communication from them until I texted them 3 hours later to check on and they said they would be leaving in 15 minutes. That was it. I didn't get a message that they were leaving or what they did/didn't do on my list. I get home and didn't walk in to the "fresh clean" smell that I got last time I used a service. That's ok, I didn't need a chemical smell of it looked nice. I could tell they had been here. Things were clean and some items shifted, so know they dusted. My list was still on the counter where I left it. My biggest concern is my number 1 item was to clean the master bath. Honestly that is probably the room that I was least impressed. The shower door still has soap scum. The counter still has water stains around the faucet. The mirror is streaked and the floor didn't look totally cleaned. (See photos) Did they do a bad job? No. Will I use them again? Probably not. Cleaning is always stressful for me, on top of my busy work schedule. With my mom visiting from out of town, I wanted to make sure my house was and comfortable, but just couldn't dedicate time to properly cleaning. Jess and Arica came to the rescue right when they said they would, wearing masks and all the cleaning supplies you could ask for. They were extremely gracious and pleasant and liked my dog, who is a friendly lad though he barks a lot. I wanted to make sure I gave them ample space to work so I packed up my laptop and left to work elsewhere. Before I did, they asked me what areas I wanted focus on and were very thorough in understanding my concerns. I trusted the house was in good hands! When I came home about 3 hours later (they texted and called), I felt like I was walking into a new place. My townhouse wasn't only clean, but also bright and beautiful. I didn't even want to go inside less I mess it up! I didn't realize what a lovey experience it is to come home to a house free of clutter and full of natural light til Jess and Arica. Update: Two Maids and a Mop called and wanted to make things right after reading my review. They sent out Mary and Jessica and I couldn't have been happier when they left. They were thorough and understood why I left the review that I did. Thank you, now our family can enjoy our nice new clean home and unpack our things without worrying about having to clean. I'm leaving one star off for having to take the time to come back out to the house instead of packing and doing what needs to be done when you're moving. We had a move in clean today. Two maids and a Mop sent 3 girls. One girl had a grey shirt and two of them pink. All 3 girls were nice. However if we need a cleaning service we will probably look for another one. We paid $400 for everything on the move in list. At first I noticed the girl in the kitchen wasn't cleaning out the appliances, inside the cupboards. I brought up the list and asked her if she was going to clean inside the cupboards/drawers/appliances. She said "No, we normally don't do that". I told her about the list and she said "I have never seen that". However she did comply and she did it. And not so great I might add. There's streaks everywhere, I had to ask for the fridge to be cleaned 3 times. When they were done they asked if I would check the house and tell them what needed to be done. There was a laundry list that was on the move in checklist that was not done. The blinds weren't dusted/the baseboards weren't dusted/ the windows weren't cleaned/ the tracks for the windows/sliders weren't cleaned/ inside the cupboards and drawers in the bathrooms weren't cleaned/ there was no stepstool to clean anything. This is all listed on the move in/ move out checklist. They obliged and went over everything that was missed. I had to spend an hour pointing out things, chasing them around, asking for things. I am not really one to complain and felt bad for things to be redone/or just to be done but I was upset. I bring this up because there is still window streaks/ cupboards/ tracks/ streaks on the mirrors/counters. And I had already asked them to stay an hour past when they were going to leave, and let them go. At one point I told them that I would just do it when they left because after pointing something out for a 3rd time, it gets to the point that you don't want to be a nag. I will say the girls in the pink shirts really did try. One of them did wipe out the fridge and helped and the fridge was clean when they left. read more

There isn't a Negative Rating option so here is my experience with this scam of a company.I exchanged messages with the owner Anthony to set up a 3.5 hr cleaning for them to come out and clean my mother's home. My mother has been in a nursing home and in and out of hospitals all year having contracted Covid and a mild stroke.I wanted her home cleaned prior to her returning home from being away so long. I don't have a lot of money as a single mom myself but made sure to save for this service as a gift to help my mother. This was VERY important to be done and done right. Since I knew the home was filthy and crowded, I only requested the maids focus on several key items that needed the most attention-floors swept and mopped,2 bathrooms and kitchen (Mind you...they only had to clean no more than 600 square feet of home. This is a small place. 4 hours with 2 people and they cleaned drumroll.....2 tubs) My appt was set for 2pm and I took off from work to meet the maids at my mother's home. By 2:30-3pm I hadn't heard anything so I reached out to them and was told by a employee that the 2 cleaners were running behind and should be there in a hour. Then I get a call from Anthony telling me that he wants to do business with me and is afraid I will leave a bad review because they are late and he told me his best team will come out and he will add a extra 30 min to clean 4 hours for the inconvenience. He said they wouldn't be there until 5pm and I told him I couldn't wait that long because I had to get back to work so he said I could leave a key and they would let themselves in. I asked him what happened to the other team that was on their way and he said he did not trust them to do the job correctly lol What?! Once again he was worried about me leaving a bad review. Almost telling me without saying it that I have to agree to not leave a bad review before he sends his team out. I left the key and then stopped back by to check on the maids while they were there and when I arrived one was cleaning the tub while the other one was watching her doing absolutely nothing. The Maids were very rude to me when I requested they focus on the kitchen and floors the remaining time since I saw they were already halfway through the time and hadn't touched it yet.They were 2-3 hours in and I noticed nothing had been cleaned besides one bathtub.I then left to go back to work out of town and returned to find the home filthy! In 4 hours time with 2 people they managed to clean 2 bathtubs! They didn't touch the floors,kitchen...NOTHING. The bathroom I saw them in them in when I stopped by was not cleaned either. They didn't even clean the mirrors! That's the easiest thing to clean! When I contacted the owner with photos from the filth and told him that his "best" team didn't do their job and I wanted a refund or some sort of resolution because my mother's house looked exactly the same besides 2 tubs. The owner Anthony immediately started threatening me saying that his team is the best and he's not going to let someone like me come in and destroy what he has built. I told him his team was incompetent and lazy and did not do their job and that's when he started telling me to say that to his face over and over. He wanted to meet up with me for me to say this to his face. At that point I told him I felt threatened and would contact authorities. I asked him why he wants to meet me in person to say that to his face and he kept saying that he won't let someone who sounds like I didn't finish high school amongst many other insults, bully and ruin his business. He called me after midnight 2 times in a row and mass texted me over and over asking me to meet him and to " NOT TRY HIM!" And he kept saying he knows who I am. I literally feared for my safety and my mothers safety since he knows where we live. What competent and rational business owner talks to and treats a customer like that? It's truly astounding. I've NEVER experienced this level of crazy before.This man Anthony sent text after text until 3am and then into the following day/night. He even asked me to bring my mother out to dinner and meet him which makes me wonder what his intentions are! This man not only shouldn't be in business but he's a disgusting person. Threatening a woman?? He is Vietnamese and started to preach to me about his struggles as a immigrant and I told him yes my mother is Vietnamese and my parents met in the Vietnam war so I get that. He then told me that he's ashamed to have me as a half Vietnamese! Unbelievable. This business is a scam and the owner should be in jail. Needless to say now I have to clean the house myself (I would have done it to begin with but I have severe back problems) or hire another cleaning service. I am out 3 hours pay for taking Time off work to meet the maids when they did not show up.This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and I will not be bullied by this man. I had a renovation and had this company come to my small house. I paid $349 for a deep clean. It was terrible. They came out twice. Really a joke. All that was needed was tile floors and top of appliances- no cleaning oven or refrigerator etc. They did not even clean the kitchen floor. A huge fee for very sub-standard work. We had some light renovations done and scheduled an appointment with this company, giving them the heads up that there was construction dust., so we were okay with it taking longer to really clean it up. We were just disappointed with how they cleaned our floors knowing the situation. I don't think they had the right mop, as they used more of a sweeper mop. They also didn't change the water at all in the bucket, so they were just moving dusty water around our floors. The worst part is they swept all the debris into my garage and just left it there. I had just pressure washed the garage the day before. The company did try to make it right by sending another team, but they didn't seem that interested in mopping/changing out water like it was needed. I ended up spending several hours after they left doing it on my own. I understand they probably do a good job on light cleaning, but we expected better since we told them we needed a heavy cleaning due to renovations when we booked it. read more

I had a horrible experience with this company. I had a deep cleaning scheduled for a 870 sq ft apartment that cost me $146. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I come home and my art work frame is broken, the floors were not swept or mopped, baseboards were not done, sliding glass window was not cleaned, etc. I called the Orlando office that same day and spoke with someone who said that they would send a team out on Monday to complete the unfinished work. Monday comes and no one shows up. I call the office back and let them know that no one showed up. I waited all day and didn't receive a phone call. This morning I call and wait for the store manager to get on the phone all for her to tell me that there isn't anything that she can do. I asked for her supervisors information so I can speak with him about this situation and she hung up on me. I do not recommend this place for any cleaning. I could not be more disappointed with this company overall. Perhaps the most important feature of a company that you invite into your home is that they're reliable, but this one is not. Over the year that I've been with them, they've almost never actually stuck to their given window and occasionally started charging me twice. But mostly, they've been fine--nice enough and good quality cleans, responsive when I reached out with minor issues. But these last few weeks I think might be the final straw. I had to leave my home suddenly for a family emergency and I called and told them this--I asked them to please keep coming, and all I asked was to check on the place, bring in the mail, and water the plants. They assured me on the phone that this would be no problem, and that they'd make a note, and not to worry about it. I took my 6 plants from around the house and put them all on the kitchen table, carefully labeling them with how much water they needed and left. Tonight I got home to dead plants and a massive, overflowing pile of mail next to my front door. I don't even have evidence they came once, because they certainly didn't bring a single letter in. Maybe the plants would be too much to ask, but if they showed up at my place at all, they walked by that mail every time without even considering bringing it inside. They do a pretty good job cleaning, but I don't trust them at all--and I don't think you should want them trusted with your home, either. I am pregnant and really did not want to do the deep clean. Well after the house had the scheduled cleaning, it looked EXACTLY the same as before. Absolutely no baseboards were touched, floors would turn white socks black after a few minutes, crumbs under tables, dust bunnies in all the bedrooms... literally everything. Well the cleaners came out and did in fact wipe (most but not all) baseboards, mopped in a few sections, and called it a day. Still not clean. I had an emergency situation in that my 93-year old mother was coming home after 6 weeks in the hospital. I live out of town and had just arrived the day before her release from the hospital and her house desperately needed to be cleaned. The owner was wonderful in getting me on the schedule at the last minute...so he gets the two stars. I worked with a lady in the office and paid for a whole-house deep clean - which was not cheap. Sadly, I did not get the whole house deep clean. No furniture was moved; the window sills were not cleaned; the dead flies and roaches on the floor under the windows were not cleaned; the dining room and hall bathroom were not even touched; picture frames were not dusted; and some things on the kitchen counter weren't moved to clean behind them. What was done was fine and the ladies were very kind; but I did not get what I paid for. I was offered having 2 cleaners come in and do some more, but with my mother at home and ill, we can't have anyone in the house. I asked for a partial credit, but have not received anything. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.I just moved into this home 2 months ago so there was no extreme deep cleaning necessary, most things just needed a good wipe down. After purchasing the premium package I expected at minimum that the appliances would be wiped off, floors swept, mirrors cleaned and beds made. None of this was done. A light layer of dust is on almost every surface that a 2 second wipedown would correct. I was shocked to find the completed finished product today. I specifically asked they make the bed and left the linens fresh from the dryer in a basket and neither were touched at all. The only thing that was done was mopping (without sweeping because floor still has crumbs), cleaning toilets and vacuuming. Highly disappointed! They showed up three hours late and never called to tell me. The dishwasher was full when I got home, floors were not mopped, swept, or even vacuumed (I took pics it was so hilariously bad, they had to send someone back the next day to correct it), beds were not professionally made, and house didn't even smell clean. When asked about a lot of this, they responded with "we don't typically do that". I've used other providers such as MaidPro, and it's the same price as this company but they do all of those things as their standard for the exact same rate. My wife and I bought our house a while ago. If anyone else understands, we just never fully "moved in". Still have stuff in boxes and our garage is our storage. My wife is working 12-14 hours and I'm working full time plus working 20-40 hours on a start-up and we have a 2.5 year old, and 3 dogs so we never have had time to get organized and sadly a total clean has seemed impossible. UNTIL!!!! I found TM&M on Saturday and even though they were closed, I sent an email expecting a reply on Monday. Nope! Anthony, the owner, replied within 30 mins and set me up first thing for Monday with a deep clean. He was way more flexible than I ever thought possible and met my date and time with no questions asked. He also stayed in contact with me the entire time. Talk about a business owner who truly cares! Monday comes, Anna and Terry come and spend 4 hours deep cleaning my house and they did an amazing job. Everything was touched. They even completely cleaned my air purifier machine on my nightstand! Sadly my wife's ego took a hit because she's always done an outstanding job cleaning but she admitted they did a better job than she could have done if afforded the time. Awesome job Anna and Terry! I can't wait to have them back bi-weekly. I've used maid / cleaning services in the past but they were not nearly as good as TM&M.
