This company has continued to harass me and my wife after we gave them bad reviews for the terrible service they provided and for the damage they did to our property. They tried to bribe us to take down a bad review by sending a very small refund back to us which didn't come close to the property they damaged, which is unethical. They only send out one maid who works very slowly for 33 dollars an hour and not the three maids they show in their ad and they do not refund you for damages as they advertise. They have been nasty people to deal with and believe me, look at some of their other reviews and you will see that you do not want to get hooked up with them. You will regret it. read more

After 3 hours I expected my carpets to be vacuumed and floors washed. I have a small house and many of the basic services were not performed. I expressed my disappointment and the cleaner volunteered to damp mop the floors. I gave two stars for this reason alone. I believe the poor service is a reflection on management and the lack of specific protocol. I will not be using them again. read more

I used the "special" coupon, which was $33 per hour. I assumed that like most maxi services , two maids would come out. However, only one showed. That made this service with the "special" much more expensive that others I have used that were $25 per hour. The cleaning was unimpressive. I had to go around and ask if certain things were done, which they weren't. One whole room was never vacuumed or mopped which I noticed after the maid left. I asked for the baseboards to be cleaned, which were also never done. My walk-in shower still had mildew after she had supposedly cleaned it. I asked her to work on it and she never did. When I got into the shower after she left it appeared that it had never been cleaned in the first place. The maid's cell phone was constantly going off. Would not call again. read more

This company charges by the Hour and takes more than the normal amount of time to do an average quality job. During my first cleaning service, the maid spent 2 and 1/2 hours cleaning the master bedroom and master bath (the bath tub did not need cleaning as it is never used and the bed was made so no need to spend time on that). The maid was supposed to wipe down the plantation shutters throughout the house, but she failed to tell me that she had dented one of the shutters when she bumped it against an adjacent table. I did not notice this damage until after I paid for services. Also, after the maid left, we found a fresh gob of chewing gum on our brand new front door mat which cost us $160 when we bought it in February this year! No way the gum got there except from the maid. We talked to the manager of the company and sent pictures of the damage plantation shutter and the chewing gum on our door mat. We asked for a refund and the company advised us that the maid did not damage our property and charged us appropriately for the $156.75 charged for the five hours she billed to clean less than a 3,000 square feet. The maid personally called and left a message to dispute our claims of damages. The manager did not return my phone call to discuss their denial of damages which we claimed and did not offer to cancel the check which I wrote for payment. I have never had such a bad customer service experience with a maid service and would never recommend this company!!! Customers should beware! read more
