Greta's team has been doing an awesome job cleaning my house and keeping it spic and span since 2012! They are also friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with- no matter what needs to be done, they make it happen. It's also nice that many of Greta's team are long time employees so over the years I've come to know most of them well and they already know me, my house and my pups. Maids Are Us is my Number 1 maid service for all my regular and deep/ extra cleaning needs and I highly recommend them. read more

What an incredible breath of fresh air - Maids Are Us is the BEST cleaning service I've ever had. My home is spotless, every surface is clean, and there are little touches like fixing the towels in the bathroom. This woman owned business is hands down the only cleaning service I'll use from now on. They are competent and trustworthy, and most important they are "husband Approved" - my husband is super picky about a clean house, and when he cannot find anything wrong, then they are husband approved! Margaret is absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a cleaning service, then you need to call Maids Are Us on Spring Garden Rd in DeLand! read more

I have used Maids R Us 4 times over the years - mostly to do a top to bottom cleaning of my Florida rooms and screen rooms if manufactured mobiles. Always completely satisfied with their service, in fact, I will be needing them in the next couple of months to do a thorough cleaning of both my Florida room and screen room (including ceilings). read more

Margaret is fantastic! We have been using Greta's services for 6 years now and will continue using them! I have read other reviews where there is only 1 person cleaning. Margaret cleans my home by herself and does a fantastic job! read more

2 stars cuz I'm nice. But, this business did not return a communication requesting service from them. I simply don't understand the world that doesn't need work/$. But, that's OK. It weeds out the winners from the losers. read more

Greta and her team are friendly, efficient and get the job done! I can't thank her enough for clearing and cleaning my Mother's home which needed to quickly be sold. This was an enormous task but soon after meeting with me, she had her team on the job and made the house sparkle like I never before have seen! I am happy to say the house sold within that week! Thank You!!! Truly Grateful! read more

Thank you so much for making my home glow before my wife's birthday. It has never looked so good.

Love this cleaning service. Everything is always professional and very very clean. I rarely ever have to ask them to redo something because the attention to detail is great. Also if there is ever anything I want done I just leave a note. I highly recommend to anyone looking to gain back some valuable time in their schedule. read more

After 3 hours I expected my carpets to be vacuumed and floors washed. I have a small house and many of the basic services were not performed. I expressed my disappointment and the cleaner volunteered to damp mop the floors. I gave two stars for this reason alone. I believe the poor service is a reflection on management and the lack of specific protocol. I will not be using them again. read more

This company has continued to harass me and my wife after we gave them bad reviews for the terrible service they provided and for the damage they did to our property. They tried to bribe us to take down a bad review by sending a very small refund back to us which didn't come close to the property they damaged, which is unethical. They only send out one maid who works very slowly for 33 dollars an hour and not the three maids they show in their ad and they do not refund you for damages as they advertise. They have been nasty people to deal with and believe me, look at some of their other reviews and you will see that you do not want to get hooked up with them. You will regret it. read more

Excellent service ..my grandmother was thrilled with how clean and tidy the girls left her home. We fully recommend this service , well worth the price . read more

I used the "special" coupon, which was $33 per hour. I assumed that like most maxi services , two maids would come out. However, only one showed. That made this service with the "special" much more expensive that others I have used that were $25 per hour. The cleaning was unimpressive. I had to go around and ask if certain things were done, which they weren't. One whole room was never vacuumed or mopped which I noticed after the maid left. I asked for the baseboards to be cleaned, which were also never done. My walk-in shower still had mildew after she had supposedly cleaned it. I asked her to work on it and she never did. When I got into the shower after she left it appeared that it had never been cleaned in the first place. The maid's cell phone was constantly going off. Would not call again. read more

This company charges by the Hour and takes more than the normal amount of time to do an average quality job. During my first cleaning service, the maid spent 2 and 1/2 hours cleaning the master bedroom and master bath (the bath tub did not need cleaning as it is never used and the bed was made so no need to spend time on that). The maid was supposed to wipe down the plantation shutters throughout the house, but she failed to tell me that she had dented one of the shutters when she bumped it against an adjacent table. I did not notice this damage until after I paid for services. Also, after the maid left, we found a fresh gob of chewing gum on our brand new front door mat which cost us $160 when we bought it in February this year! No way the gum got there except from the maid. We talked to the manager of the company and sent pictures of the damage plantation shutter and the chewing gum on our door mat. We asked for a refund and the company advised us that the maid did not damage our property and charged us appropriately for the $156.75 charged for the five hours she billed to clean less than a 3,000 square feet. The maid personally called and left a message to dispute our claims of damages. The manager did not return my phone call to discuss their denial of damages which we claimed and did not offer to cancel the check which I wrote for payment. I have never had such a bad customer service experience with a maid service and would never recommend this company!!! Customers should beware! read more
