Not impressed at all, in fact I only asked to clean two restrooms and not only was it still dirty; while the lady was cleaning I specifically had to ask her to wipe down the (empty) vanity inside and out. When she left after several hours of doing god knows what? Behind the toilets, floors, vanity, light fixtures were still very dirty. Very strange. Recent events are moving us from Volusia County, so I've realized now is the last opportunity to leave a review. Generally, I think friends, family, and house guests of Mi Amor and I would agree we are neat and tidy people. We first hired Amazing Shine, thinking that they would be a help with the occasional deep cleaning. After just one visit, they brought the meaning of clean to a whole new level. They cleaned things that we didn't even know needed cleaning. There were times I would ask...do you really need to be that thorough? To which I was always assured the answer was yes. Visitors started asking what service we were using. That's when you know things are looking fantastic. As far as other business aspects are concerned, I have nothing but praise. Their prices are fair, they are flexible on scheduling, super friendly and polite. For those of you who have animals in the home, they are completely pet friendly. Lastly, there is something that always needs to be earned, and that is trust. It takes a fair amount of trust to allow someone into your home. And that's when you're there! I believe that in a few short appointments, you will find Claudia and her team to be deserving of that trust. We travel often and had enough faith in Claudia that she has had the key to our house for months. That should tell you all you need to know.

One thing that sets Rebecca apart are the special touches she adds. It might be the way she neatly arranges things, dusts somewhere you never thought to dust, or folds toilet tissue like a fancy hotel. Those details make a big difference. She's also fantastic when it comes to tricky cleaning requests. If I ask about something unusual--whether it's a rusty lamp or an HVAC drain--she'll actually research the best cleaning solution and come back with a thoughtful approach. It's clear she takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way. On top of that, she's flexible with scheduling, easy to communicate with, and brings a friendly, upbeat energy. I can confidently say Rebecca is one of the best people you could trust with your home. Highly recommend!
