The owner pulls at her appointment book and makes you think they are really in demand. My house is not dirty just two of us and we are clean people just getting a little older and wanted it detailed. $450 later it was a joke. Do not waste your money!

They have been a huge help to us spending more time together and less on todo's around the house.

My call to schedule the clean was answered on my first try and the man I spoke with was professional and courteous. I scheduled the full house move in/move out clean for a few days later. Two cleaners arrived right on time armed with all the supplies they'd need. The ladies were friendly and hard working. It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners. I was charged exactly as quoted, about $300ish (I forget exactly). I would absolutely recommend Two Maids & a Mop to everyone looking for a thorough house clean and plan to use them again myself about once a year for annual deep cleaning help.

They did the work well and I am satisfied with that but I was unhappy that she charged me $200 because it was an office and didn't bother to call when she decided to change the price. Most of the place is vacant and I truly feel she overcharged just because it is now zoned as professional office.

They were even able to remove stains from our old cast-iron tub that I honestly thought were permanent. That alone told me they know what they're doing and care about details. What really sets them apart, though, is their integrity and communication. This is a family-owned business, and it shows in how they operate. From the start, they made it clear that if anything was missed, they wanted to know and would happily come back to make it right. That kind of accountability matters to me. I want a company I can communicate with and trust, not one that disappears after the job is done. Safety is also very important in my home, and I always feel comfortable with them here. They are kind, respectful, quiet, and focused. No phones, no distractions just efficient, professional work. They're fast without cutting corners, which is why I've decided to use them on a regular basis to help lighten the load. If you're looking for a dependable, family-run cleaning company with strong values, great communication, and pride in their work, this is absolutely one worth supporting. I also really appreciate their pricing. It feels fair and honest, especially compared to other services I've used that charged more for less.

Not once did they communicate with us. My husband showed them the rooms to be cleaned and that is the last we heard from them. We were told between a two and three hour cleaning was included in the price we paid. They were gone in about two hours. According to the owner that was the allotted time from when the clock started so if they don't finish cleaning at the bell they leave. The girls never walked us around the house to see how everything was when they where done they mopped the floor as they where walking out the front door. As they left I discovered dust that was not cleaned in multiple places especially on a piece of furniture by the front door they passed at least 7 times. Bleach was left all over the bathroom seat. I called to notify the owner and she said she doesn't do refunds I was not looking for a refund I wanted her to know the kind of work her employees are doing. She did offer to send them back or send someone else I refused as why should someone have to come back and clean again it should have been done right the first time. I now after paying $187 clean my house for everything they missed especially dirt on the floors. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this company. It is a shame because I have multiple families looking for cleaners as well and will not recommend them. I have pictures to prove the dust left behind on a few of the places. Big thumbs down!!
