We solved the insulation problem lowering the garage heat inside at least 25 -30 degrees. Fixed the food odors by renovating the newly built kitchen. Added a vent hood and put the microwave in a lower cabinet. Now my entire house does NOT smell like food odor every time I cook. We renovated the kitchen pantry and 3 large closets by taking out wire shelving. Then, designed closets with wood shelving and specially built open wood cabinets. Found a 'hot wire' in the attic. Rewired the house in the attic. The kitchen was designed for a side-by-side regrigerator. The wrong size was installed and we replaced it. Kitchen cabinet flooring not finished under the cabinets. Replaced the flooring. Even the hardware on the doors was missing. Installed the hardward. Vents were cut above the doors - then you could hear people speak from back of house to the front. Replaced vents with solid walls. Carlos Lira's team of workers are knowledgeable and hard workers. They accomplished many tasks with each visit. I always saw great improvement once they finished for the day and they did a through job each time. I had a great experience with everyone! I highly recommend Carlos and his team of workmen! The columns in front of house had to be repainted because the paint was peeling within a week. The owner threw it back on us and said the surface was chalky that's why it didn't stick! And, why didn't he treat it first?...No answer to that. He did return and paint them again. The office staff was rude and their painters were frustrated because the owner didn't order enough paint for the job. Now, we're afraid to pressure wash our house. I do not recommend this company.

I was impressed at how thorough the estimate was compared to the other two estimates. In addition, Sam seemed very knowledgeable, was receptive to answering all of my questions, and he and his wife Susan have been in business a long time and were always very responsive to text messages, emails/and phone calls. That is how I arrived at my decision to accept their estimate. I am pretty indecisive when it comes to making important decisions (selection of color(s), and I found Sam to be very patient with me, even encouraging me to go to the Sherwin Williams store in Port Orange to select free color samples. Once my decision was made, Sam was on the job early every morning, and typically stayed until 3:30 pm each day. He and another painter named Tom, transformed the appearance of my home from gray and faded to blue and vibrant. I was very happy with the final outcome. All three members of D & G did the install and the bar is BEAUTIFUL! They did a great job, meticulous measuring before hand, so when the slabs arrived they were prepared.
