Best Stucco Contractor...period…read more Kenroy Reid contracted to replace the stucco on our 2 story, 14 window replacement project. He also suggested a comprehensive look at some critical issues on the house to be repaired prior to painting. The project was a few months away but Kenroy kept in touch and was flexible with our schedule. Once the windows were replaced, he was on site the next day doing all the work to replace the window's stucco bands. He stayed until the job was complete late on a Saturday. Kenroy noticed an issue with one of our roof intersections with a vertical wall and suggested we improve the flashing on the roof. He removed the stucco in the area and found long neglected water damage. He fixed the water damage and brought in a roofer to add the needed flashing. Kenroy's attention to detail and onsite management were critical to doing a top quality job. We are very happy with the work and will ask him to come back when we are ready for some additional stucco work. Thank you Kenroy for a better than expected stucco result!

He also mounted a couple of large televisions for me, which included installing an electrical outlet behind each TV and running all the HDMI cables through the wall, so you see nothing coming from the TV. Everything he worked on came out fantastic. I did get some lower quotes when I was shopping around, but Noel's prices weren't unreasonable (especially for the quality of the work). Like anything else, you get what you pay for. Noel's motto is "Done Right the First Time" and he's shown me that repeatedly. You can tell he really cares about doing a good job. That, to me, has tremendous value. I don't even bother getting quotes from other people anymore. If Noel can do it, he's my guy. I've dealt with enough knuckleheads to know that if you find a reliable contractor that does good work, you stick with him.
