Employees have always been professional, quality work performed, prices are very reasonable and you just don't get treated better anywhere than I've been treated by Christine and Mike. They are top notch, extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help their customers. While I have always received prompt courteous and professional service, they do get busy and they have signs posted so be sure to ask and understand their back log (if any) and the projected completion date. We enter and no one greets us. Very small store. We look for mowers and what few they have is sitting outside(it's raining). Still no one speaks to us! So we left. The mower retails for $1000.00. They came to clean my gutters, quoted £90 for which I expected a deep clean (due to pigeons under…read moremy solar panels). They spent 30 minutes maximum and then when it rained that night the gutters were still overflowing. I spoke to Dan on the phone and he could hear them overflowing but said it couldn't be the flow as he'd cleared them so had to just be leaky seals - of which I was very doubtful due to the quantity of water - even so he said he'd have to charge to visit again. I had someone else come and he took photos showing that the water was not flowing at all (had rained the previous day and they were still full to the top) then spent an hour clearing the downpipe, which when cleared of course fixed the problem. I messaged this company asking for a partial refund as they had debulked the muck but had obviously not done the job properly, but I got no response and no refund.

To cut to the chase, we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ruben's work, with his knowledge and professionalism, and his friendliness throughout the job. Our rating is 5-stars, a definite keeper; we will call him again next time. The list of work at our home included the front sidewalk and curb, a large tile patio, patio screens, backyard PVC fence, eaves and fascia, and stepping stones through the yard. Ruben gave us a written estimate up front and stuck to the fair price. He completed all of the work on the same day, as promised.
