I brought this to the attention of one of the owners, Matt. He refused to change the estimate they provided. They attempted to charge for 1109 sf when the space only measures (by their measurements) 1003 sf. The explanation was that the customer is paying for the excess tile required to install the floor tile. (Waste due to cuts). I explained that he can not charge me an install price of the total amount of tile purchase, he can only charge me for the tile ACTUALLY installed. They are overcharging EVERY customer by the 10% overage that they purchase. It's a SCAM. They apparently do it with carpet as well. People only pay for what's installed not for what's purchased! SCAMMING THE ELDERLY.

Quality everything. I have the most beautiful, perfectly installed quartz counters in my kitchen and bath. I put a level on them and they are perfect. Not a nick or smudge anywhere. Shower tile and tile floors - perfect. Barn door shower doors in guest bath are stunning as are the doors in master bath. And they matched the rollers with my plumbing fixtures.
