I had just had 3 toilets installed, so I let them know they didn't have to touch those. After they left, I looked over the house. There were dead cockroaches still there in places they were supposed to have cleaned. The bathroom floor were still disgustingly dirty. They didn't even wipe the towel racks. Blinds were left dirty. The kitchen cabinets were dirtier than when they started. They pantry shelves were not touched. There is so much that was poorly done or not done at all. I called the office and requested a partial refund. I was told they don't give refunds. Their guarantee is for customer satisfaction. They sent 1 person to do cleaning that was missed. She did the cleaning in the kitchen that I requested but there was no way she could've done the rest of the house herself. I would never refer anyone to this company and would in fact tell people to never use them.
