We hired OCD Flooring for an LVP flooring project as part of a larger home move and renovation. We…read moreselected OCD as they had installed the existing flooring that we wanted to tie into for continuity and integration. O The installation process was hassle free as the team worked hard to satisfy our needs and moved some of the heavy furniture that was beyond us. Communication with the company was responsive, and always polite and courteous, they were a pleasure to work with. At completion we had an issue that the new flooring did not match the existing flooring and the shade difference was highly noticeable. After discussion OCD replaced the existing LVP with new planks to attain the perfect match. They did that without quibble and at some cost to themselves. The final outcome was outstanding and met our expectations for a seamless floor throughout the House. Thank you to the team for getting the project completed during a very busy time for us, and resolving the issues quickly. We recommend OCD as a team who get the job done at the highest level and are easy to work with.

Hello Natural Coast Cleaners Management, Hello Mr. Louis C., Business Owner, I have been in contact with your company from the day I arrived at my property. That first day, I was in constant communication with your assistant, Mickella. I even sent her pictures and requested to meet with her at the property the following day. The next morning, I arrived very early (around 11 a.m.) to resolve the issue in a respectful way. To my surprise, one of your employees appeared in my driveway without any prior notice. No one informed me or asked my permission for her to return. Did you? What made this even worse is the fact that she was the very person you and your wife assigned to clean my property for the last three visits--without training or quality control, despite your wife's promises. She herself admitted this to me. Just before I entered the house that day, I had even given her a box of candy in appreciation, only to discover afterward that I had been misled for 30 days. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. that day, I remained at my property and stayed in constant text communication with Mickella, waiting for your company representative to arrive. Finally, I was told that neither you nor your wife would come because she needed to pick up your children from school. Still, I did not give up on trying to resolve matters respectfully. I even wrote a long email with full explanations, but no one ever responded--not you, not your wife, not your assistant. It is astonishing that you now decide to step in with "assistance and presence," when at the time I asked for your involvement, you ignored me and my business entirely. It has now been nearly 30 days since I sent that email, and I have yet to receive a single response. Meanwhile, I paid your family-owned company almost $1,000 during the month of July. Only after I posted my review did I see any sign of acknowledgment from you. As I stated in my review: "In just one month, I experienced the full spectrum of their poor business practices: ignorance, lack of compassion, lack of communication, no quality control, and zero customer service." I have saved copies of all emails, text messages, and photographs. If any future client or company--or the owners of this website--wish to confirm my experience, I will gladly provide the documentation. In total, I paid (and wasted) $900 for this negative experience. I never received proper service, a refund, or even an apology. My advice: stay far away from this company.
