The value of the effort she put in was really worth so much and the services I requested were met and even exceeded my expectations. Also, she was not just professional but kind and personable. Thank you, Bridget, for bringing some much needed order to my home.

This was because the screens on my window were flimsy and hard to get out without bending so my husband had to get involved. It was also due to the fact that some of my windows were hard to clean due to bushes in the way. I did not factor this in when I requested her services, but she was more than happy to help overcome them and work around them. I highly recommend Bridget and even my husband said she was so thorough that now when he looks out the window, he can't believe how dirty they were because things are so clear now it's like a painting. I can't say enough about her work ethic and her thoroughness. I highly recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating…read more I started service with this company in early February with a bi-weekly schedule, and almost immediately things went off track. I was unexpectedly removed from the schedule with no communication, missed a cleaning entirely, and had to chase them down just to get back on the calendar. I was later told they are understaffed in the Orlando area, which explains a lot--but that shouldn't come at the expense of your customers. The only time they could offer me was a Friday at 4 PM, which is far from ideal. After going an entire month without a cleaning, someone finally came out--but the quality of the service was disappointing. My master shower was clearly not properly cleaned (only the glass doors were done), and several windows were left visibly dirty. I called immediately and was told to text photos, which I did. I received a response saying their quality manager would be reaching out "shortly" to address the situation. That was at 9 AM. It's now nearly 12 hours later, and I have received no follow-up whatsoever--no call, text, or email. I am also a local realtor, and my clients frequently ask for recommendations for trusted service providers. I was really hoping this would be a company I could confidently refer, but unfortunately, that is not the case. The lack of communication, accountability, and consistency is unacceptable. At this point, it's clear this company does not prioritize their customers or stand behind their service. I would not recommend.

Jen (owner) and her assistant Gwen were very polite both on the consultation as well as actual service visit. Brought their own cleaning supplies and even took their trash with them when done. In hindsight wish I had asked for a print out of what they would and wouldn't do. As I said, first time with any cleaning service, and I assumed some things would be done that weren't, but have no way of knowing if it was my expectation or not. As I only wanted a 1x cleaning, I do not plan on using them again. Some of my issues were tops of door jambs not cleaned, placing rugs back on just mopped floors (ie, still wet), not dusting / wiping picture frames, not cleaning area (alcove shelves) that were discussed at consultation, etc... Again, without a check off sheet, I have nothing to show we had previously discussed those areas.
