My kitchen was done 6 years ago and the reason I am writing this now is because of a couple of problems that arose. Brian had them repaired within a couple of weeks. One of the problems was work from a sub he hired that went out of business He took it upon himself to contact the supplier and had it fixed immediately. In a community that contractors are either doing shoddy work or they take your money and don't return to finish the job. Brian and his employees will not only build you a beautiful kitchen but be very professional about it. Thank you Brian and your employees!

After Dave came in to measure and get info he needed to design, we got our estimate and blueprint. We were very excited as he was lower than several other places we looked at. I even took his plans and estimate to Home Depot and showed the designer (30 years in cabinet business) and he said was a "hell of a deal" and much cheaper than if Home Depot was to do the install. Jenna was emailing us often to see how things were going and if we had any issues, concerns, or questions. Dave made it very easy from the beginning as he helped us decide on things we were not sure of such as color of things or style. He took his time to show us many samples that are in his business so we could see exact product not from a magazine or picture. Dave and his owner who was with him on our install were always on time and contacted us when they left the business to come over. We are so glad that we chose WCK&B. Everyone was extremely professional during the whole thing. There was even a small dent (Dave could of tried to brush up) on a door and Dave immediately contacted his rep and got s brand new door immediately. Dave takes pride in his work and it showed! Sometimes you go cheap you get cheap BUT NOT with WKK&B. Thanks to the staff for the easy transition and wonderful work.

In addition to great quality delivered by his employees and subs -- all due to Gary's hands-on supervision and direction -- his knowledge and experience in building houses all over The Villages for close to 20 years resulted in design and convenience recommendations he made that turned our "tract house" into a "custom house." His "home-builder eyes" find things that improve the quality and value of the property he works on. We're now in the fourth house he's improved for us, and we love the results of his work. In addition to quality, there's no guessing about costs or time schedules with Gary. He researches several options for each element of the job, gives all the competitive quotes to us to judge, and he adds vendor and project details to help us make an informed decision about what to buy and the vendor to supply the product or service. We've been buying and remodeling our homes for 30+ years and 11 houses, and never dealt with anyone better than Gary Malloy. We recommend Malloy Builders without any reservations.

I had an appointment at set for 1:00 on Monday for someone come out and measure and HE WAS HERE ON TIME!! He was very polite, considerate and offered a slight change to the top at no extra charge which I took advantage of. Today, I had an appointment at 1:00 for the instillation and this young man was actually EARLY!! The installer was also very professional, considerate and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier.
