4 Stars for an amazingly friendly and descriptive inspection professional (Mark Bernier), easy…read morescheduling, and timeliness. Gah! The home inspection can make or brake a deal. So I was stoked to have USA Home Inspections recommended by my realtor. Mark got to work before I arrived (my realtor's assistant was there to let him in). But a few hours later, Mark was done with the inspection and came out from under the house to meet us. After the inspection he went through almost every thing to make sure I was comfortable with his work. Then he emailed me the full report and an invoice. Eventually I needed a second inspection after the seller did some work and I went right back to Mark. The cost was reasonable the second time around I just waited for the report. I realized the other day (someone else realized.) that the electrical board in my garage isn't grounded, but I Im not entirely sure if this was in the report. Something for me to check. Overall, I would us them again for sure, but hoping this house sticks!

After contacting the company to make it right the owner met with me at the house and saw the faults and agreed they should've been noted. The owner told me he would pay for the issues to be fixed then blocked my number the next day. Every time I called the company and asked to speak with him he would be on vacation for months. This unqualified company should not be responsible for inspecting your home and they should not have your trust.
