Bold City reroofed my home 3 years ago. I found a damp spot in my ceiling several months ago and called them. A worker was sent out and found no problems with the roof but did seal the vent up on the roof which was above the leak. This past Friday (March 1) I found the area damp again and called Bold City. I spoke with Lucy the receptionist and the owner Victor. Both assured me someone would be out the next day between 10am - 12pm. Well, no one came. Monday morning I called them and spoke with Lucy who assured me someone was sent to my home and did go on the roof and take photos and there were many issues with my roof; the fasteners were all loose, all the areas around the vents needed repair etc. I told Lucy no one had been to my home as I was there all day. She was pleasant but adamant a worker had come there, knocked on my door once and after getting no response, went on the roof and took pics. Lucy told me the worker was at my home at 3PM (the appointment was for between 10am - 12pm) She said she would email me the pics which showed the damages. I was now second guessing myself wondering if I may have stepped out in the afternoon when the worker came. I requested a call from the owner Victor, as I did have a problem with: the worker going on my roof without making contact with me first and secondly, to question these reported issues as I had Bold City at my home a short time ago and no problems were reported. Lucy said there was no record of anyone from Bold City being at my home after 2019. I never got the email with the pics; I contacted Lucy and she said she would try emailing them to me again. Again I questioned the reported issues with my roof. After not receiving the email as promised, I called a third time and was told by Lucy, the owner, Victor said not to send me the pictures as the pics she had from the worker were not my roof. WHAT?! I asked that Victor call me---he did not. Lucy assured me a crew member would be out after 5pm on that same day (Monday). I cancelled plans so I could be home. I asked Lucy to please tell the worker to call me if was unable to come---no one came, no one called.' Tuesday I spoke to Lucy again at 11:45am. She assured me a worker could be at my home in 20 minutes. At 1:15pm (an hour and a half later) I called Bold City since no one came to my home yet and no one called. Lucy said the worker's GPS was broken and he was having a problem finding my home. Three times I scheduled appointments with Bold City. Three times I re-arranged my schedule so I could be home and three times they failed to show up. More importantly, why is a worker going onto someone's roof without making contact with them first and why does the owner refuse to followup?

They have completely ripped me off and deceived me throughout every stage of my transaction with them. 1. The solar panel system was incorrectly installed on to a portion of my neighbors' roof. 2. I've been calling them for months with no responses regarding this and other offenses I'll mention below. 3. I've verified that the solar panels they actually installed are completely different (brand, make, model #'s) from what I agreed to purchase according to my contract and permit applications. 4. I've also verified that the power inverter they installed was NOT NEW but rather previously used. If someone could please confirm that this complaint has been received I would appreciate it.
