Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

On 11/09/2021 you sent two great techs to evaluate, find and repair the leak on my roof. They spent about 1 & 1/2 hours finding and resealing the mounting brackets, I was super pleased with their expert knowledge of the repairs they made. Matt and Elijah were two of the nicest techs I've ever met. They were very professional and seemed very caring and thorough with the repairs they made. I can't say enough good things about this company. The original system was installed in 2012. When I asked Matt for the bill, he said it was covered under warranty. That just goes to show you, Solar Trek stands behind their work, even after 9 years! They really do care about their customers and their reputation. Bottom line, They are a Five Star Company that you can trust. Thank you again Solar Trek. You have a customer for life! Sincerely, David & Sharon Corey Ocala,FL

Had an equipment failure, not Solar Trek fault, and they got out to my house and took care of the situation and handled all warranty claims for the equipment. The owner even called me after the install to ensure I was a happy customer and asked for feedback for improved customer service.

Exceptional service, flawless install, and a truly top-tier solar system…read more Radiant Energy Solar absolutely exceeded my expectations. The owner/rep and the entire team delivered outstanding customer service and a flawless installation from start to finish. They responded to every call and question promptly, which made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Radiant Energy Solar installs multiple solar brands and system configurations, and after doing over a year of deep research, I personally chose them and the EG4 system--I couldn't be happier with that decision. While I'm clearly biased toward EG4 at this point, it's because the performance, expandability, and overall value are hard to beat. It was EG4 that actually recommended Radiant Energy Solar as a top tier and trusted installer, in the state of Florida, which made me feel a lot more comfortable considering the amount of money that exchange hands. The system they installed is a true five-star setup--it looks as good as it functions. The workmanship is extremely clean, everything is perfectly aligned, and when the job was finished, the area was completely cleaned up. You honestly wouldn't know a major install had just taken place. The EG4 system itself is state-of-the-art, delivering incredible power and flexibility at roughly one-third the cost of many competing systems. The amount of energy I'm generating is simply awesome--and if I ever decide to go fully off-grid, it's essentially just the flick of a switch. I would absolutely recommend Radiant Energy Solar to friends and family--and in fact, two of my friends have already installed the same system, and all of us are over the moon with the results. Big applause to the Radiant Energy Solar team and to EG4 for putting together what is very likely one of the best solar solutions on the market today. Highly recommended.

From the initial consultation, Sam and the team at Radiant Energy were transparent and informative. They took the time to explain the system options, answer all my questions, and provide a detailed cost breakdown. The pricing was competitive and fair, with no hidden fees or surprises along the way. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Sam kept me updated at every stage--from permitting to installation to final inspection. I always knew what to expect next and never felt left in the dark. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They completed the work on schedule and left everything clean and tidy. Now that my system is up and running, I'm already seeing the cost savings on my electricity bills. It's incredibly satisfying to watch my energy meter and know I'm generating my own clean power while reducing my monthly expenses. I highly recommend Radiant Energy and Solar to anyone considering going solar. The combination of fair pricing, excellent communication, and real results makes them a top choice.

Do yourself a favor, skip this company, go with anyone else (except for their aliases Women in Solar or Florida Eco Electric) and take the money you saved and hire a degradation dom if you want to be treated the way these people treat their clients.

Working with Wattsun has been one of the best experiences working with a company that we've ever…read morehad in our lives. Cayden was our point person, from the second he knocked on our door and told us about the business he was nothing but kind, professional, real and awesome to work with. He's hardworking, knows exactly what he's talking about, and you can see that he really studied the solar installation process from start to finish. He was patient, answered every question and even came out a 2nd day to answer some extra questions we had about the process. If he said he would have something to you by the end of the day, we'd get it within hours. There hasn't been one time that I called him and he didn't answer the phone. We spoke to 5 different solar companies around the Orlando area, and none of them impressed me as much as Cayden and Wattsun did. Plus we were more than surprised that our of all of those companies they were able to offer a great price for what they were providing, plus were willing to match anyone that came provided a lower quote with using the same quality material. After we signed the contract and started the project, one thing that we really loved was that Wattsun does not subcontract, so everyone that's had a hand in the project was in house. This ensured that the process was smooth and speedy. The team that came out to install was amazing! David, Chris, Chris, Chase, and Dennis all were kind, professional, & overall down to earth, cool guys. The entire project took 3 days to complete which was perfect & they were able to work on our time schedule. We have a tile roof in which we were told solar is harder to complete on, but they still made it happen and the tiles came out looking great. They even came back and spent an entire day fixing broken tiles! The owner of the company came out for a final walkthrough of the project, he introduced himself to me and walked me through all the little ins and outs of any concerns that we had about the project. Lastly, it looks great. We've seen a few other solar panels projects where the wiring was showing, and other aspects of the project looked thrown together. But for our house it looks great! Sleek and honestly made the roof of the house look nicer. They've truly set the gold standard for any company we work with in the future on home improvement projects. Make sure you do your due diligence like we did but I MORE THAN ASSURE YOU that no one else out there will compare to Wattsun.

We had concerns about mounting the pool heating system on our brand new roof but David assured us that everything would be fine. Nearly a year later we could not be happier. We have had no issues with roof leaks or anything as far as the system or workmanship goes. Today, Sep 24, 2022 would normally be a day when our pool is just a little bit chilly for swimming as we have a screened in pool area and our pool doesn't stay as warm as we would prefer but today, with a temperature of 89 on our shaded lanai area the pool is 87.6 degrees and super cozy!!! After I reminded them they installed them at the price they installed them for they came down to $2500 which is still high. The tech turned my yandy valve in the wrong direction starving my new (3 month old) Hayward pump causing damage to my pump then denied doing it. He blames the roofers, the roofers blame the solar guy and I get stuck trying to figure out how to get this warranted without getting screwed. If you hire these guys, put a camara on the crew at all times and set up camp to observe everything they do. The design is good. The people , not so much. I'm sure they are not all bad but I got the bad one. In todays world with people in the working field who don't give a crap if they do a good job or not, be careful who you hire. Unfortunately, the sales and contract process did not meet the same standard. Important details that influenced our decision to move forward were not clearly documented or explained upfront. This created avoidable anxiety and stress. For a project of this size and cost, customers should be able to rely on clear contracts and straightforward timely communication. Thankfully, now we can communicate with team members outside of sales. In the end, we are happy with how everything looks.
