In December my solar payment jumps to $185 per month so do your homework before you buy. I'm giving them 2 stars because they did a nice job on the generator(generator alone is 4 stars)and they always come out when I call them but I don't think solar is their area of expertise.

Gave us 33 panals for a home sending to grid 1800+ kWh per month to the grid. As explained when first signed the contract numbers provided from sales rep where estimate since I didn't even have furniture in the house or anything since I had just purchased the home so couldn't show any real numbers. Also exclaimed our home prior to purchase was updated to 4 -2 to a 6 bedroom 3 bath and never updated in city. I didn't even have washing machine for home and we ate and sat and sleeped on the floor for months since we moved from out of state! The numbers matching actual production isn't what we consume accurately and sold under false pretenses. Solar panals advertising is to loose the grid not buy $50,000 worth of debit and increase energy bills. My home was and still unfortunately under calculating my family consumption. I can produce real billls for a year for real projections. But numbers generated under false pretenses can't be justified . We have 33 panals and should have at minimum 60 panels , hence why we got ride of 13 trees thinking it's us but our system goes to safe mode to prevent system to shut down after consuming literally 30% of our daily consumption sending it to grid daily! Brad told me that when we decided on the roof, the company would come out and take down the solar panels and then replace them once the roof was completed and it would be free of charge. He said they do that as a one time courtesy and that any subsequent roofs we would have to pay. I remember chuckling at that because who replaces their roof every few years? We signed the contract and had the solar panels installed with Everything Solar. The solar panels did not pass inspection by the city and Everything Solar had to come out and put more screws down to secure everything and on the second inspection, it passed. The solar panels worked as expected for the past 9 years. Several months ago, we noticed some water damage on the ceiling of our upstairs bedrooms. We got several roofing companies to come out and assess the problem. The consensus was that it was finally time to replace our 17 year old roof. It lasted longer than I projected back in 2013 so I'm not upset about that. What I am upset about is that the water damage on our ceiling, the roofers and our insurance company concluded was caused by the solar panels coming loose and water getting in through the holes that no longer had screws securing them. The solar panels were not all secured to the trusses as they should have been in the first place. Today we called Everything Solar to talk to them about the one time courtesy removal that Brad promised (apparently just to make the sale) back in 2013. We were fortunate enough to actually get Brad himself on the phone. He claimed that they offer no such thing and he had no idea who would have promised that to us originally. It was you, Brad. You promised that and it was the reason we decided to sign with your company instead of one of the others we received estimates from. We weren't even complaining about the holes in our roof from improper installation, we were only asking for the removal and reinstallation before and after the roof replacement. The way a company treats it's customers after the sale is far more important than the pie-in-the-sky promises they make before the sale. I'm sorry I gave them my business and now that we are looking for additional solar panels once our roof is completed, Everything Solar will not be a consideration. Buyers beware.

After sitting and waiting with the salesperson(who brought his wife along) waiting for the office to send him my proposal he was showing me other homes and invoices with the same size of solar; 10kw. The price was 58,000!!!! I only paid 25,000 in 2013 AND he knew I already had quotes (2) for 10k solar and a 22kw generator and the total is 30,000 TOTAL. After waiting long, and looking at other estimates but mine I finally asked if it would be possible for them to send me the estimate via the email he already had and I would get back to him either way. They try to get you to agree to a 10% discount if you sign for the package they set up for you that day. I realize why is because they are charging more than double any other quote I got. So they need to lock you in immediately. As he left he reminded me they aren't the cheapest, but they become your family. Seriously?? So I followed up asking for my quote - never got a response to any of my 3 text messages and never got a quote. Why? Well why would he bother knowing I was already quoted by 2 others and had financing set up already or would pay cash. Why bothering to send you a quote when you're not a little higher ... they are over 2 and a half time MORE EXPENSIVE!! And so unprofessional to not even send the quote or bother to respond to any of 3 personal messages to their cell phone. Get quotes - don't ever accept a sales gimmick like this where "for signing today you'll get 10% off".

Ocala Solar Power, B & B ELECTRICAL LLC, SUNDURANCE INSTALLATIONS LLC, POWER HOUSE GRID LLC, BATTERYSTORAGE.COM, INC, SOLORACK LLC, I contracted with them to purchase a solar power system for my townhome several months ago. They have completely ripped me off and deceived me throughout every stage of my transaction with them. 1. The solar panel system was incorrectly installed on to a portion of my neighbors' roof. 2. I've been calling them for months with no responses regarding this and other offenses I'll mention below. 3. I've verified that the solar panels they actually installed are completely different (brand, make, model #'s) from what I agreed to purchase according to my contract and permit applications. 4. I've also verified that the power inverter they installed was NOT NEW but rather previously used. If someone could please confirm that this complaint has been received I would appreciate it. These companies unfair and deceptive business practices are wrong and should not be allowed to continue. I can only imagine I'm just one of their many victims.
