I highly recommend Coast to Coast Heating & Air Conditioning. Thomas came out on Friday afternoon to look my needs & provide me with the costs involved. Early Monday at 8 am, Thomas, Vincent & Jeff showed up for work each assigned to a task & worked diligently to get my system replaced & provide me with cool air system by 7 pm. None of the workers took a luncheon break and worked until the job was completely done and the area cleaned up. Jeff was wonderful to explain the new system to me upon completion of the work, and provided me with the homeowner's information packet for future reference. Coast to Coast in fortunate to have such dedicated workers. They were a great group of workers that the company can be proud to have working for them. read more

Joel did my a/c service today. He arrived at the appointment time promptly at 8:00 . He gre me with professionalism at the door. He explained what he was doing each step of the way with terms that I could understand. After he completed the service call he explained that everything was working perfectly. He also gave me several quotes on some additional equipment that would help the air quality in my house. I was very impressed with his knowledge and understanding of his profession. I would recommend Coast To Coast to anyone who needs a new system or for regular service. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I was in a bind and had multiple poor experiences before coming to coast to coast. Cindy was absolutely amazing when I called them! Very kind, understanding & made me feel like these guys would be the last people I had to call! Hunter came to my house for a new system estimate and was fantastic. He took his time and was so knowledgeable that I was at ease right away knowing they were going to take care of getting me back in working order!! Thank you so much Cindy for making this experience seemless and eliminating my stress. They are definitely who you want to go to if you have any Heating or Air conditioning needs!! read more

Best air conditioning checkup for our air conditioner in the last 20 years. John Paul Millan was the technician who came to do our annual inspection. Complete job was top notch from head to toe. Respectful, thorough inspection and after his inspection he gave us the results with use of photos of the system with a narrative explanation of each photo and what it meant to us. After that, we were sent a copy of the same information via email. What a pleasure to work with such an informative and thorough technician. Coast to Coast is lucky to have this gentleman on their staff. Coast to Coast has always been our go to air conditioning company and will continue to use their services. They strive to give honest complete and thorough service. read more

I wanted to replace a 7 year old Trane heat pump, that has been unreliable since we built the house in 2019. They sent over their salesperson Geoffrey and he gave us a quote of 41,000 yes that is correct 41,000 stating all the duct work needed to be replaced plus new copper lines in a house that is 7 years old. Yet he never once went up in the attic to even look at any of the existing duct work. Needless to say, the quote was ridiculous. Got two other estimated from other companies at 15000 and 16,800. read more

I called this company and they sent a technician out the next day. Granted it was on the weekend so I did expect to pay an after hours premium. What I didn't expect was to pay $537 to have a $20 capacitor replaced that took 20 minutes. I feel they took advantage of a single woman. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I understand everyone has to make a buck, but that is absolutely ridiculous. You should get fair work for a fair price. I r got screwed and I didn't even get kissed. read more

Coast to Coast Heating & Air - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Ocala, Florida

Knowable polite and rapid response . I bought this new system 1 year ago and it is fantastic

Beware of this company. Take great precautions. They hire tecks that are not board certified. They come to your home, and tell you what they are doing, whether it will work or not. But, you are given thirty days to respond, and they will come back. When you call to ask them to come back, they said he never did anything. Very strange, as my neighbor said. They were here for hours, and said, we did nothing. read more

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. We had an AC unit that was a problem from the day the builder installed it. After many repairs and finally up to an excessive amount of repeated freon leaks we were exasperated. We were told we had to replace the unit. This is not something anyone wants to do. Time and disruption in the household, dirty work environment, and cost clouded our thoughts. Doing due diligence we collected a couple of 'bids' for the recommended work. We asked Coast to Coast to give us a bid since they had such high ratings. So glad we did! They were very very thorough in inspecting everything in the current unit and ductwork. They provided us with a very detailed write up of assessment and recommendations, with some choices. We had a couple of follow up phone calls with our questions answered and our choices selected. They scheduled with us within the week. They showed up on time and can I just say THE INSTALLERS WERE AMAZING!. Courteous, personable, quiet, neat and clean. Even took shoes off as they had to enter and leave the house, and put drop cloths on all flooring that they moved equipment over. They were respectful of pets we asked to watch and not let out the doorway. They finished in one day, coming early and working late until all was done. When they left there was not even a screw on the floor to be found. The Trane unit they installed is so quiet and very neatly put in. We cannot thank the installers, Peter and Brandon, enough for their professionalism and making what could have been stressful just a more happy day for us. Finally, we are so pleased with how our new system works. We immediately feel that the air is cooler and easier to breathe. We know this because the other half of our house is on another older unit and we can tell the difference when we walk from one side to the other, even though both are set at the same temp. Our new unit is serving the family room and kitchen area. It is doing a much better job of clearing the air and makng it more comfortable during cooking without having to turn the air up more. Seems like a great system with much better technology. Thank you Coast to Coast. We look forward to replacing the other units (2) in our house in the future with you. Again, thank you to the delightful installers, Peter and Brandon, for their professionalism and a job well done. read more
