The team came out and looked over everything. They told us that it would be a waste of money at this time to do a cleaning. They said it was in great shape, and to give them a call in a couple of years. That kind of honesty doesn't come along everyday. They will get my business when it is needed. Thanks Lucky Ducts! read more

Worth the wait to have Keith and Team from Lucky Ducts come out to inspect my air conditioning vents. They were very honest and after the inspection told me there was no need to clean the vents. They were very courteous and polite, and even gave another air conditioning company a recommendation for me to call. Will definitely be calling them again if I need their services, as they were punctual as well. Would have no problem with recommending them. Already have another appointment scheduled. Thanks guys and God Bless! Judy in Port Orange read more

In a world of mediocre service providers (if you're lucky), Keith is the very rare exception!! Not only does he communicate and show up exactly on time, he does a very very thorough job including cleaning up the collection of unmentionables lost behind your dryer!! I also asked him to clean out my sister's dryer vent and her pipe had disintegrated. He went way above and beyond and even got her dryer duct cleaned out. I can't say enough about his service and work ethic. Unless you want a fire in your home, this simple inexpensive process is an absolute must. Keith from Lucky Ducts is Amazing!!! read more

Nice people quick to respond just a little on the pricey side. I went with another service.

They did a wonderful job. My dryer works like new. On time. Pleasant. Cleaned up after themselves.

On-time, professional, clean gentlemen. They educated and made both the dryer cleaning and air duct cleaning hassle-free.

I have been told by friends the best company around is Lucky Ducts. He said upfront that it will be 2 months wait but we decide to wait for them. And it was definitely worth the wait. They were on time, were very professional and courteous, explained everything that we needed specifically for our system and it was actually over quoted so they didn't charge us for it. Other companies might have charged us anyway but they didn't. Very honest company! Definitely would recommend using them for duct cleaning and one of the best businesses we had to deal with. read more

What a great company and business owner! Pre-inspection revealed A/C repairs needed prior to air duct cleaning. Keith (owner) took pictures & measurements and contacted owner of Coverall Heating and Air to provide work order/cost. Repairmen came less than a week later! Our dryer had been taking forever to dry loads and we had wet lint backing up into the unit. I called Lucky Ducts - they came out the next day and spent an hour working on cleaning out the vent pipes, floor, dryer and putting it back together properly. These men were courteous and explained everything they were doing, and why the lint backed up like it did. The price was great and they included a $10 off coupon. I would highly recommend this company - they were professional and really cared about the work they did. Thank you Lucky Ducts! read more

Keith and Rich did a fantastic job. I scheduled duct work and dryer vent cleaning. After inspecting the ductwork Keith determined it did not require cleaning. He could have easily performed the service I originally requested and charged me. He chose to provide guidance of what was needed now to maintain healthy air quality. They applied a hospital grade disinfectant/sanitizer to the ductwork. He and Rich inspected the dryer vent. They not only cleaned it, but also changed the foil vent tube. What I thought would be an outlay of more than $500 hundred dollars turned out to be less than $200. I'm thoroughly pleased with the service I received and will be contacting Lucky Duct based on the cleaning schedule they provided. Keith is incredibly honest and trustworthy. He even gives you a Thank You gift!! read more

Lucky Ducts is a great company. They are very efficient, and professional. They did my ducts in my unit. In addition they cleaned the dryer vents for the entire condo building of 33 units. Everything is working great. This is a very solid company. read more

Great experience!! Being a new FL homeowner, getting the ducts cleaned was high on our list of priorities. We scheduled a home duct cleaning appointment. When the two technicians that arrived were extremely friendly, professional, and gave us their time to share tips and tricks to keep our A/C system working great for years to come. After a thorough inspection of our system, where we were shown pictures, it was the tech's opinion that a full cleaning was not necessary. This saved us quite a bit of money. The techs could have been dishonest and done a whole cleaning and we would not have been the wiser. It was so refreshing to not have been sold a service that we did not need. Should I ever need duct or dryer vent cleaning in the future, Lucky Ducts will be my first and only call. read more

Keith & Rich were awesome today. They were on time, which is huge for me. They explained everything in detail and even did some extra things around the house such as cleaning out the dryer vent without my even asking. Hard working, friendly, honest. Great work. Highly recommend. read more

When I first called Lucky Ducts, I spoke directly with the owner, Keith. He carefully explained everything they do when cleaning HVAC ductwork. The detail and extent of their process was meticulous. We did speak with other companies prior to making up our minds to go with Lucky Ducts, but Keith won me over with his honesty and detailed explanation of the services they provide. The guys came out to our new home that we recently purchased. It was built in 2007 but needed an extensive amount of work. The guys said there would be a lot of, "Show and Tell" throughout the day and they weren't kidding. Between the digital photos and videos they took, to showing me the inside of the fan blades and blower motors, it was amazing how filthy our HVAC system was! It was like the previous owners hadn't cleaned it or changed filters since it was new in 2007! We would have undoubtedly been sick from all the mold and dust that Lucky Ducts eradicated. The guys worked well passed 7:00pm to finish the job by finally installing our new 10 year air filters. It was the best money we've spent on our house since we purchased it. We can actually sleep better knowing we're breathing clean/conditioned air. I couldn't be more pleased! To top it all off, after I paid their invoice I was presented with a terrific "Thank You" basket filled with all kinds of fruit and munchies! This is the kind of company you root for! Thanks guys, we'll keep referring Lucky Ducts! B&P, Port Orange read more

I would like to highly recommend Lucky Ducts. They were so knowledgeable, professional and honest. We had asked for dryer duct/vent cleaning as well as A/C duct cleaning as we had no idea how good or bad they were as we are not the original owners. They did the dryer ducts and made sure it was working properly. They inspected the A/C and said it was pretty clean and recommend checking it again next year. They could have easily done it for the money, but were truthful and saved me money for not doing it unnecessarily at this time. It's so refreshing to have a company respond quickly and care about their customers. read more

I originally contracted for another duct cleaning company to come and clean my dryer vent. They could not do the job for another week. Then I got the money magazine and there was a coupon for Lucky Ducts. I called and Keith told me he could do the job in two days and the price was right and a coupon too. Today Keith and his father came out to clean my dryer vent and I am so glad I changed my original plan and went with them. My vent was so clogged with lint and they did a GREAT JOB. I will recommend them to whoever asks me and will certainly have them clean it out again. read more

The owner Keith is an honest business man. That alone was so refreshing. I was told by others that I needed my ducts cleaned. Keith came to the house did the evaluation and told me honestly I did not need this service performed. He was scheduled to receive about $500.
