He said the labor would be $200.00 and the replacement bearing kit would run $280.00 and he'd have the parts in a couple of days. He then said he'd need the $280.00 before he could order the parts, so we paid him the $280.00. The parts have never arrived and the repairs have never been done. It has taken until today, May 14, 2025, and a huge amount of calls and excuses, to get a refund of $225.00. The excuse being that the original trip to our boat cost the difference. If you want to donate some monies to this company and not be bothered by service, this is the company to hire to do your repairs.

Each time I called whether it was over our construction delays, rebates expiring, holding the prices that we had been quoted, there was never anything but exceptional customer service. The fact that Pioneer Appliance pays their sales people enough that they do not work on commissions was a lot more comfortable than 'high pressure' sales people. Yes, I'm sure they get bonuses and different promotions - thoroughly understandable in a sales environment. Truly sorry that so many folks had a negative experience with post delivery issues. They dented the door of a brand new house and left the fridge uneven. We called them to come back and when they did they said the floor was not level. They at least leveled the doors at that time. Took three times to they could level the actual fridge. The sales man was great at first and when we went to discuss our delivery service he didn't seem to care. He told us that "I am sure they ordered you a new one" which after a few more phone calls found out they did nothing. I would highly recommend shopping around!! As we are paid in full and still no stove. You would think they would At least call and update us.
