I own a grooming salon that had just gotten a new system I was unaware that the idiot who put it in, mind you the plaza owner hired the 1st a/c guy, a filter and with all the hair from grooming my ac stoped working... I had heard of eco air from a friend so I figure what the heck it can't be bad to have them look at it... long story short the tech David Monter and the owner Will came to the rescue within 30 minutes I was back up and running I have been so pleased in fact I have signed a service contract they come down and assist me in anything even if it is a simple filter I would give them a 10 star rating if I could!!!! I just wanted to give Troy a huge thank you for coming out after I had a appointment a couple days out, but he finished up a job and decided to call and come out for what was a simple fix earlier than two days from now. He answered all of my questions and charged a fair price for a new thermostat and the labor to find an additional problem. When I called ECO, the gave me an appointment a few days out but offered an earlier visit if possible and that is exactly what they did. When your out of air conditioning, time is of the essence. I feel that the extra effort to get me in earlier was appreciated. Thank you so much. A+++ 5 star all of it, my ac system was down so I looked to the internet to find a ac service company to fix it. I ran across several reviews but the company Eco Air had really good reviews and also was a lot mentioned about "Ricky" saying very good very reasonable. Well I called I actually talked to Ricky was here in less than 30mins it was a minor problem that he fixed in 10mins he also took the extra step to check into it further to see inside of the unit to make sure problem was good. If you need HVAC work call Eco Air Systems and if you get Ricky your in extremely good hands. What an amazing team at Eco Air Systems! The office f/up for scheduling my 6 mo. a/c maintenance was welcoming and accommodating. I had the service maintenance preformed today with Sheileek and Jacob. They were very professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. They were very informative about everything from the best air filters to use & how to best care for the system in between maintenance calls. Great photos to show me my unit before & after - it's in the ceiling so these pics were really helpful. I'll certainly get the low voltage UV light next visit. We were flooded by Hurricane Ian in Sept and the contractor and crew have been diligently working at least 5 days a week to replace floor to ceiling drywall, plumbing, baseboard, doors ,window casing etc. Needless to say we have had lots of dust and sawdust. Eco Air was recommended by another company backed up by numerous requests for duct cleaning. Joel and Andrew arrived on time and were professional as well as thorough the entire time they were here. Ricky came out today to give me a quote on what it would cost to replace my a/c. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. he thoroughly explained everything about the systems they offer. Any questions I had he answered them. I have a five month old puppy in my house and he was friendly to her as well and said hi to her. We had our systems serviced today, when the door bell rang it wasn't our regular male HVAC technician. To our surprise it was a female HVAC technician. Her name is Kayla, and what a beautiful spirit and an incredible job she did in a timely manner. Matt and Damien from Eco Air Systems were professional, on time, knowledgeable, and very transparent about what they were going to be doing and what it would cost. They made good suggestions and did a great job on cleaning the A/C duct system (which needed quite a lot of work) and installing a Reme Halo air purifier. The a/c blower motor stopped working. The Eco Air technician had things up and running within an hour and I saved money big time. Eco Air did the research and determined the parts were under warranty, so for an hour of labor everything was fixed. Attention to details made the difference. read more
