Our Air went out last week during some of the hottest days on record. We called around and took the first company that said they could come out that same afternoon. It was Eco Air Systems in Ormond Beach, FL. Our service tech is a guy named Sheeliek and man were we happy to see him. He took the time to thoroughly figure out what was happening between the outside unit and the attic hookups. Better him then I but after about 20 minutes he let us know the good and bad of it. Good news is it was fixable. Bad news was the part needed was in Jax and it would take a week to get. So we buckled down, pulled out some window units and made the best of it (which was HARD) with 4 pets. Luckily we didn't have to wait a whole week. Sheeliek got our part in early and he came out first thing in the morning (two full days before it was set to arrive) and fixed us right up! Sheeliek was a very knowledgeable tech and we felt like we were in good hands the whole way. I would highly recommend this company if you have an A/C issue and I definitely give 5 stars service to their guy Sheeliek. It is hard to find knowledgeable, dependable and caring people these days but Sheeliek really restored our faith that it still exists. I've used Eco Air for the last four years or so, and have always had great experiences with them. Recently the refrigerant line under my garage developed a leak. Andrew, Jake, Guy and Ricky (the service manager) came out yesterday to replace the line, and did an excellent job. The work was done properly the first time, and in a neat and tidy fashion. Amazing! I would not use any other company. Ron came to my home as I called to get a freon refill. He stated I was good on freon and found that a gecko had jumped wires and blew the circuit. We switched it on and he continued to check out the entire system. A bad capacitor was found. It would have need to be changed in about a month. Now that is called customer service! I had called around to several companies looking to have our Duct cleaned and sanitized after a remodel of our home. The technicians that arrived, Joel and Jake were early, but they had called to confirm this was ok. They did ab absolutely thorough and neat job. They were respectful, courteous and efficient. They explained what they were going to do and performed the tasks nicely. Before I could mention the small amount of cleanup and wipe down I required, they already had vacuums in had and wipe down cloths. The BEST service. Please look no further than Eco Air Systems. I just moved to Daytona Beach, and so begun the daunting task of finding reliable, trustworthy folks to help with issues around the house. I had an issue with my AC compressor, and of course it happened at 10pm on Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. I called Eco Air first thing Saturday morning, and Joel was there before noon to asses the problem. Turns out it was a simple fix, he had the part in his truck, and he had it fixed and was on his way quickly and affordably. Ricky had come out on a previous occasion to asses our system and even reconnected a loose duct in the attic for free. These guys are true pros. I'll be calling them every time from now on. I was calling around getting prices to replace my old Air Conditioning System... Obliviously I started reading reviews.. I called and scheduled 3 different companies to give me estimates.. At first I was shopping for the cheapest price because I though all AC systems and installers were the same. After speaking with William I decided to go with them and a new Lennox Heatpump..He got me financed quickly. I purchased the XP20 with Pure Air Purification, Duct clean, also they blew in a few extra inches of insulation.. My old system was so loud I couldnt enjoy my back yard and the pool. My power billed dropped from $300+ set at 76* to under $120 at 72* with AC being used 10 months out of the year I will save $1800 a year on my power bill and in a few years pay for its self..
