I was surprised at how much the ducts can contribute to allergies (i.e. pollen, dust particles. pet dander) and respiratory issues as well. I immediately felt the air quality difference. In retrospect that should've been suspect... Roy, the tech (?) came & hooked up the suction unit, then told me I had mold in the ac handler. Trying to up sell me, which I wasn't in the market to buy. He copped an attitude & sat in the truck while the cleaning pursued. Two days later my newer Trane unit shut off. The Nest thermostat said the power to rc wire was off. My regular ac tech had done a tune up 2 weeks before & came out to check it. I told him of the duct work. He looked for a blockage he might've missed and found none. He suspected the pan under the unit had been cracked in retribution. This is costing $800 to $900 in repairs. The Blue Air Duct Cleaning receipt's phone #s are disconnected and address shows located in Orlando. I'm going to investigate more through the BBB and see if this company has anything to do with my experience. Until then, buyer beware!

We originally used the company for routine maintenance at one property and received a reasonable quote for insulation at another property we were in the process of purchasing and planned to move to in the future. The payment arrangement, including that part of the cost would be covered by the sellers at closing, was clearly explained and acknowledged by staff before the work was completed. After the installation, we (as the buyers) paid our portion within a day. The owner, Ms. Jina Humphries (who surprisingly is a realtor, a member of an ethics board, and a business owner in Marion County) began repeatedly contacting us, the sellers, and both realtors demanding immediate payment of the remaining balance--despite the invoice stating payment was due within 30 days, our previous discussion, and the closing being less than two weeks away. She was unprofessional, aggressive, rude, berating, and even threatened to charge a card without authorization. To avoid further conflict, the contract was updated so she would receive payment earlier than agreed. The date of insulation was October 8 and payment was made in full (with the updated contract) by October 13. Between those dates, the owner had personally called all parties at least 20+ times including calling on weekends, early in the morning, and late at night. Because of this experience, we canceled our contract on the home and informed our inspector, whom we have worked with multiple times, so he would not recommend the company to other clients. I would have given two stars as the technicians were wonderful and professional. Yet, a company reflects its leadership, and for this reason we will not use or recommend this business in the future. They receive a 1-star from us. Having worked myself for years in customer service, as a healthcare worker, and as an assistant professor for a university, her customer service skills and unprofessional was surprising. We are happy with our new A/C company who is maintaining our units at both properties. Her company has loss our future business.

By 10:15 am we had nice, cool air and rates were very reasonable as well. This could have really ruined my weekend but Tommy saw to it that the weekend was saved. Great service.
