The phone was probably on the table for 10 minutes when I receive a all from the office manager and was told that they would fit me in probably after lunch. I received a call from Jordan that he was in route, at 11am. Jordan did a fantastic job installing the new water heater and explaining that the leaking one was installed backwards--cold into hot fitting and hot into the cold side. Jordan cleaned up the water on the floor and vacuumed the remaining water. He installed the water heater the correct way with all new fittings and was done with the job at 1pm.. Great job Jordan and the entire Hefner team!!! You have a customer for life.

I was given a price of 145.00/hr for one (plumber), one helper and the cost of any materials used. They called me a little before noon with availability for today so I told him to go ahead and start and that I will be home shortly. I spoke to the plumber at approximately 11:55 AM and I was home by 12:06 PM. They completed the entire project by 12:45 PM. I was handed a bill for over $330 for less than hours work and about $40 in parts, if I had bought them myself at Lowe's. So when I questioned why the bill was so high, he says because we had to go underneath your house. The plumber leaves and I call the office and ask to speak to the manager, the guy on the phone says he can help me so as I am explaining the situation he becomes rather irritated with me saying well there's a travel charge and there's an additional charge if we have to go into the crawlspace. During this conversation I realized that I am talking to the owner of the business. He was extremely condescending would not even let me finish my sentence. If he had told me in the beginning that there would be travel charges and additional charges for crawlspace work I would've gotten additional estimates. I absolutely do not recommend this company especially when the plumber is hoping there's no more work so he can just go home. Crappy customer service and a crappy work ethic.

My old one had reached its limit of use after almost 25 years. Not only were the young men who emptied my task courteous and hard working, but they were some of the nicest people doing the dirtiest job I've ever met. The drainfield was put in a few months later. Smooth and seamless, it's like it was done but magic. I was at work and it was done completely in one day. The only way I could tell anything had been done was the phone call a day or two earlier letting me know it was scheduled to be done that Tuesday and the disturbed earth in my back yard. What a relief to know there's a company out there that makes sure it's customers are taken care of, every little thing is fixed and working just the way it's supposed to be. Peace of mind. That's what we all pay for, right? The owners are fabulous people. Hard working and they have the task of running this business and making sure the fellas working for them do the best job possible. And do they ever! I don't envy any business owner! It's a tough job. But they've succeeded where so many others fail. In short, a SPECTACULAR job! 15/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! And double thumbs up! Thank you folks for everything you did
