I was amazed by the quality of service I received. He and his crew (Chris) located both tanks very quickly and made very minimal disturbance to my yard and having seen other septic services in the neighborhood, Jesus was by far the best I have ever seen. Each and every step of the service he explained to me and after completing service, placed the sod back in place and neatly raked the area. Forms of payment were cash, check, and/or credit card. I won't name the tree service as, they are good guys and accidents happen but, they did do the right thing and made an insurance claim so that my system can be replaced. It took a couple of months but, when Moring Septic came in today, they were print and pleasant. They did the job at hand and even tug up and buried some stumps that I was afraid I had to do myself. They scheduled for today since I'm home and could help out where it's located and what it has been doing (also to corral my deaf dog who was overly exuberant and in love with the one fella who initially came to the door) when the problem began. They arrived and set straight to work. And it was HUMID. The kind of day here in Florida where you can just stand still and sweat just runs offa you in rivers. I felt so bad for both of them in long pants (required for this line of work) and boots. The sweat just ran off of them constantly. But they worked away and opened THREE LIDS on my septic tank. I only knew of two! The last guy that was out here only opened two and didn't even bother covering them up afterwards! Where the main pipe comes in from the house, too much excess pipe was coming thru the concrete and creating a bottleneck. They fixed that. I was shocked that they went above and beyond! Covered everything up and put mortar around the edges of the lids (which the other guy didn't do either!) and had me flush the toilet to make sure everything ran smooth. (Which of course it did). Since my drainfield is over 20-25 years old, he mentioned this could also be a contributing factor of why it's not working correctly anymore as well. So I got an estimate on a new drainfield since we'll be getting a new modular home put on our property sometime in the near future and I don't want anymore problems if this can be avoided! The estimate he gave me was so small that I said I'll take it! Can I pay for it today? I thought he was going to have a heart attack (lol) but let me know it was something I'd have to call the office and set up with them. Permits have to be pulled, etc. After they left, I did just that. They're sending me the forms to fill out, sign and put down $350 for the permits and once they come thru, the drainfield will be scheduled to be installed! I'm over the moon happy with this company! Inexpensive, hardworking, polite, sincere and so far, so completely honest with their customers that I'm overjoyed to have dialed their number last week! To sum it up: 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was given a price of 145.00/hr for one (plumber), one helper and the cost of any materials used. They called me a little before noon with availability for today so I told him to go ahead and start and that I will be home shortly. I spoke to the plumber at approximately 11:55 AM and I was home by 12:06 PM. They completed the entire project by 12:45 PM. I was handed a bill for over $330 for less than hours work and about $40 in parts, if I had bought them myself at Lowe's. So when I questioned why the bill was so high, he says because we had to go underneath your house. The plumber leaves and I call the office and ask to speak to the manager, the guy on the phone says he can help me so as I am explaining the situation he becomes rather irritated with me saying well there's a travel charge and there's an additional charge if we have to go into the crawlspace. During this conversation I realized that I am talking to the owner of the business. He was extremely condescending would not even let me finish my sentence. If he had told me in the beginning that there would be travel charges and additional charges for crawlspace work I would've gotten additional estimates. I absolutely do not recommend this company especially when the plumber is hoping there's no more work so he can just go home. Crappy customer service and a crappy work ethic.

His reply was, "Normally, that would be around $200 labor". He said he could have someone come over same morning. I agreed on the price and timing. Plumber and assistant arrive and begin working, 45 minutes into job Jerry texts me to clarify that it is $200 per hour. So, 45 minutes in I get hit with a bait and switch. Mid job I understand I am screwed. Turned out some valves and supply lines would need to be replaced. Home Depot price on these is $6.45 and $12.98. I got hit with a bill charging 35 and 45 respectively. $470 for parts that cost $110.06 and $537 for labor that was quoted at $200. After letting them know that I would be providing accurate reviews and supplying the information to the BBB, plumber came back with a $170 discount bringing the margin on parts down from 77% to 63%. Basically from obscene to slightly less obscene. Flo Right operation runs off bait and switch with margin on parts that is basically theft. My fault for not inquiring on the cost of parts. I am so accustomed to dealing with honest people that I didn't think of it. Live and learn. Learn from my mistake and steer clear of this operation

I sent a text message on Sunday afternoon, expecting a call--maybe. Usually I don't get return…read morecalls from a text. I received a call from Cody before 8am on Monday morning. Color me surprised. Gave him the information on the leaking water heater, he told me to expect a call from the office manager regarding when they could fit me in. The phone was probably on the table for 10 minutes when I receive a all from the office manager and was told that they would fit me in probably after lunch. I received a call from Jordan that he was in route, at 11am. Jordan did a fantastic job installing the new water heater and explaining that the leaking one was installed backwards--cold into hot fitting and hot into the cold side. Jordan cleaned up the water on the floor and vacuumed the remaining water. He installed the water heater the correct way with all new fittings and was done with the job at 1pm.. Great job Jordan and the entire Hefner team!!! You have a customer for life.
