These guys are the best. Bradley and Harold busted their A** unclogging our water lines that were clogged with sediment. We had called 6 other plumbers that would come out and say we needed to tear the walls open and replace all the plumbing and didnt even try unclogging. These guys came out and cleared our entire homes water lines saving us thousands of dollars. We will only be using Johnson Brothers Plumbing from now on with our home, and several rentals we manage as well. Can't say how thankful we are with these guys. I called and was very specific about what I needed. I needed about 25' of line snaked between our house and our septic tank. Simple, right? I asked for a quote, they said it would be a $76 service call, and they would give me a price for the work when they got here. Their employee showed up, the employee quoted me well over $450 for the job NOT including the service fee. I asked how much their price is per hour, and he said $170.00. When I said there is no way that job would take more than 30 minutes, he said we had to factor in the use of their equipment. I told him to leave, he charged me the service fee and didn't even put the cap back on the access drain he uncovered. RUN!!!!! I found someone "AND Plumbing" (Inverness) that came out same day, took 30 minutes from arrival to departure, and charged a VERY reasonable price. Your people also put the trench in the wrong spot of the house & told me I was the wrong one when I told him that where they placed it was not where we discussed when the deposit was paid. Your employees never offered to make it right & just told me I was wrong. I was never told so much sod would be removed. read more

Called the Johnson Brothers Plumbing for a service, thankfully they were able to come out the same day to fix the issue. However, two days later the problem started again. I called the company and told them the issue was not resolved and asked if someone can come back to see what went wrong. I was quoted $150 for someone to come back which doesn't seem fair considering the fact that I paid over $300 a couple of days before for a service which obviously did not work or was not done properly. read more

I cannot express how impressed I am with this plumbing company even though they never even made it into my house. I was referred to them by several people in my neighborhood (after using a big well-known name here in Ocala) and my homeowners insurance was making me replace a water heater so they ordered a special tankless water heater for me and my insurance messed up. Gave me the wrong info I had to cancel they did not charge me restocking or return fees. Travis was awesome and quick to respond. I called on a Saturday afternoon. I was told the tech would call me within 20 minutes. But Travis actually arrived before that timeframe. He fixed a broken outside faucet, which required going behind the cement (I didn't realize that was a thing), and he made all repairs including the cementing faster than expected. The cost was much less than expected for a weekend service call. I was also given a receipt and told repairs were guaranteed. The plumber who came, Michael, was absolutely wonderful. I had a bad plumbing leak, the source of which was undetermined. Michael took his time to make absolutely sure of where it was coming from, running pressure tests and such. I suspect that with a less experienced plumber, I could have been socked with needless excavation costs in order to determine the source of the problem. She was able to give me a separate estimate of what each issue would cost. I appreciate that type of breakdown. The final price was not as high as the higher end of the estimate, which is rare! We were recently in need of help with a leak in our bathroom wall and a mold issue in our closet that was caused by the leak. We were so impressed with Johnson Brothers that not only did they do exactly what they said they would and in the amount of time they promised. The work was great. The workers who came to our house were always here at the appointment time and when they left they cleaned up whatever they were working on before they left. No huge messes left behind...ever. We were given a detailed description along the way with a timeline of what would be done and when. I unfortunately had to call the plumber's. Of all the plumber horror stories we hear our adult life I wasn't looking forward to it at all! I pictured the typical dirty, sweaty, crack exposed over priced & unfriendly plumber possible to show up at my door. I had the complete opposite! Not only did they have the nicest, most informative woman receptionist answering the phone but the plumbers their self are the same way. First let me tell you they were chosen because of the initial call. They answer the phone by saying "how can we make your day better" and they aren't kidding. I thought yeah right to myself but after question after question that I had the attitude never changed. The whole time helping me figure out what all I needed and what all my visit was to include. The low prices were unbelievable and there was no pressure set upon us when we heard what unfortunately needed to be done. They even offered ideas of what could be done if we wanted to only take one step at a time. They were very clean came did what they needed to showing up exactly on time and left. No mess was left no rude sweaty plumber and no crack view!! All laughs aside they are awesome! read more

They talk a big game but don't deliver. Had a problem with a dishwasher putting a bad film of calcium on dishes and silverware. They charged $70 to tell me nothing was wrong. Also had a broken dryer knob. They said they could get a new one in a week. Charged $10. 6 weeks later and still no knob. Oh, I fixed the dishwasher myself by flushing out the water heater. Best plumbing company out there. This company really knows what customer service is all about. The technician was courteous and extremely informative about my plumbing issues. I thought I needed a new hot water tank, it turns out I did not. My tank still has 4 years of life in it. Now what other company would tell you that. Most would come out because I said I wanted a new tank and just change it out leaving me with a large bill to pay. NOT the case with this company. I also had some questions about water quality, they did a water test and advised what I needed to do to correct my issues. They were honest and I could not believe they did not try and install something that I did not need, a rare trustworthy company with integrity unlike a lot of companies out there. Now they have a valued customer. Their costs are fair and reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I do not work for this company nor do I know anyone that works there.
