Nick promised they would cover the expenses for damage done to my property during the drainfield installation. After making that promise, he ignored my calls and texts for 4-5 weeks. When I finally reached the owner through the office phone, the situation got even worse. As soon as I mentioned that Nick had been ignoring me, the owner started yelling at me. He then refused to cover the full expenses his employee had promised. After all of that, he offered to pay only half, but by then I was done dealing with the excuses and unprofessional treatment. I was amazed by the quality of service I received. He and his crew (Chris) located both tanks very quickly and made very minimal disturbance to my yard and having seen other septic services in the neighborhood, Jesus was by far the best I have ever seen.
