He should be returning the deposits. Jon told us he would start the job the week of July 9, 2025 but he was a no show. We have called every single day and absolutely no response! Today I got an email back saying his email doesn't not exist from my 2nd email saying I was contacting the attorney general and an attorney along with the FTC. I stated all we want back is our deposit since is he so unprofessional and obviously not doing the job. I have called the health department and they said no permit was issued. When I finally reached the owner through the office phone, the situation got even worse. As soon as I mentioned that Nick had been ignoring me, the owner started yelling at me. He then refused to cover the full expenses his employee had promised. After all of that, he offered to pay only half, but by then I was done dealing with the excuses and unprofessional treatment.
