The woman I spoke to was friendly, informative, & got us scheduled right away. The technician called when he was on his way as promised. The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. I can't expect them to know about something that I was unaware of. After he completed the job, I got a phone call explaining everything that was done as well as the findings & later received a report. The customer service & attention to detail was excellent. I'll definitely use them in the future.

They need better project management!…read more I had my septic inspected in mid-February, and it was determined that it needed to be replaced. A week later, someone came out to take a soil sample for testing, and I was told that a permit application would be submitted to the Health Department that same week. After two weeks of not hearing back (now into March), I reached out and was told everything was fine and that the application had been submitted. I followed up by text for the next two weeks and was repeatedly told the application was still being processed. When I finally called the Health Department, I was informed that no application had ever been received. Despite this, the company insisted it was in the permitting phase and even claimed they would call to try to expedite the process. A week later, when I checked with the Health Department again, I learned the application had just been received. In other words, they lied to me about submitting it and gaslit me throughout the process. By the time the project was completed, it was already April. When I asked for a discount because of the delays and dishonesty, their response was that the "paperwork issue wasn't [their] fault." I also spoke to the owner of a house two blocks down that was using this same company to replace their septic and they were having issues with communication as well. Highly disappointed with the process and the company

Will be using Teles Services in the future and highly recommend. Arsenio saved the day. After a city worker in a city utlity truck negligently drove onto our private property and over the water main box (twice actually so it really was just reckless) he ended up severing the PVC connection from our house to the main line. The city put it on us to get that fixed (!!!) so I came to yelp and found Teles Services with glowing reviews. I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere. We already have some work we will be calling Arsenio for in the near future and we're very happy to have found a great, reputable plumber. Highly recommend.

It was not an emergency since we have two bathrooms. My work and personal schedule was extr.mely busy this week. I called Drain Tactics, since I was put on the schedule. I was given a window for the service. I had also called several businesses to compare pricing. One was booked and it would have conflicted with my schedule. Another never answered. Another was over double the price. With another, the price STARTED at 3x the price and the guy said it would likely be 5x the price just to START. I was very pleased that I had called Drain Tactics. I was given a window for the techs to show up. John and Jay showed up early in the time frame that was given. Both are extremely friendly, polite and very professional. After some thorough investigation, the drain from the toilet to the main drain was clean. It was determined the culprit was something was stuck in the toilet. We had family visiting over the weekend and likely dropped something in the toilet. After a short time and the proper equipment, the toilet was cleared. John and Jay went out of their way to ensure ZERO damage occurred to ANY of our property. They checked other items to ensure there were no additional issues. Before leaving, they asked to ensure I was satisfied with the work. John and Jay both thanked me. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICING and GREAT WORK. You cannot ask for anything more. I STRONGLY recommend Drain Tactics.

I have used Harvey Baker Plumbing for almost 20 years and have usually been very satisfied with the…read moreservice. This time was no exception given the technician, Juan, was amazing. He properly took care of an outside faucet issue that was "repaired" previously 24 months before. I noticed my outside faucet was slightly spraying water from the "repair part" recommended two years prior. In April 2024, I called Harvey Baker Plumbing to fix this faucet as it was leaking from the knob at the time. A young gentleman came and said he did not have the part on his vehicle to replace it (something to do with the pipe size), but he could "repair" it. However, I would not be able to turn the water on and off from the faucet knob. He said the nozzle at the end of the hose would serve as the on/off mechanism. When I discovered the current leak, I called and the receptionist said she could get someone out between 12-2 the next day. I explained the previous situation above and said I definitely want the faucet "replaced" this time. She looked up my previous invoice and said she would note on the ticket the faucet should be replaced rather than repaired. Next day, she called again and said she could have the technician come out earlier if I was available. I said I was and Juan came 15 minutes later, a little after 10am. He was a joy to work with, smiling and providing great conversation and expertise! I explained everything and he said he had the necessary part to rectify the leak. He did a great job. When I got the invoice, I noticed the parts only cost $33 compared to the "repair" part of $10. I was surprised the previous gentleman couldn't drive 4 miles to the office to get the necessary part and recommended the "repair" instead. I estimated I could have saved approximately $200 of labor charges had the work been properly completed the first time. I would have requested the previous technician get the necessary part had I known the difference in part costs was minimal. At least the "repair" lasted 2 years. I will probably continue to use Harvey Baker Plumbing in the future, but I'll make sure I request a more seasoned technician like Juan next time. Final note - Harvey Baker Plumbing now charges a 3% credit card fee on the invoice, which was not their practice previously. It was not a big deal to me ($7.75), and I understand a family business would prefer cash or a check. If I have a major plumbing issue in the future, at least now I am aware of the added fee.
