Septic tank pump out. Quick response for quote and setting a date for service. Quoted price was lower than competitors.

They need better project management! I had my septic inspected in mid-February, and it was determined that it needed to be replaced. A week later, someone came out to take a soil sample for testing, and I was told that a permit application would be submitted to the Health Department that same week. After two weeks of not hearing back (now into March), I reached out and was told everything was fine and that the application had been submitted. I followed up by text for the next two weeks and was repeatedly told the application was still being processed. When I finally called the Health Department, I was informed that no application had ever been received. Despite this, the company insisted it was in the permitting phase and even claimed they would call to try to expedite the process. A week later, when I checked with the Health Department again, I learned the application had just been received. In other words, they lied to me about submitting it and gaslit me throughout the process. By the time the project was completed, it was already April. When I asked for a discount because of the delays and dishonesty, their response was that the "paperwork issue wasn't [their] fault." I also spoke to the owner of a house two blocks down that was using this same company to replace their septic and they were having issues with communication as well. Highly disappointed with the process and the company read more

Thank you Septic Dominators!! You saved us! Our septic back flowed into the house last night. I called 8 companies early this morning, Jessica called me back quickly. She came out dumped our tank, left my property clean and tidy. All before any other company even returned my call. I highly recommend them! read more

Cody and his assistant did a very efficient job. Very personable people they also have in their a small truck for getting into those hard to navigate places very handy if you're worried about your pavers or your driveway. read more

I am putting in a pool, and my septic overflow tank happened to be in the way. Bobby came out, was as professional and as polite as could be, communicated with the people, flagged everything, explained everything. When the next step came, I had an issue, and they were right there to help, the entire team were very professional, friendly and did a great job. They were able to move a tank, and accommodate the piping needed without a complaint. The price was very fair, the people are very friendly, it seems to be a family business. I now have a new septic service for whenever the need arises. I've felt with other septic companies in the past, they are fine, some will explain things, some might try to put your grass back in an orderly fashion. But so far, this company seems to actually care about their customers. read more

If I could give them a 0 star I would. We had an appointment, they were a no show or call. Just left hanging. read more

Absolutely fantastic service. All of my questions were answered and I appreciate the response time. We will continue to use their services for our septic system!! read more

The gentleman that did the process was knowledgeable and great. I give 3 stars only because I asked for a certified inspection and it was expensive. Come to find out from the health dept. they confirmed it was expensive they can do it for way lower. Didn't like, I felt like I was taken advantage of. Other than that they did what needed to be done read more

Bobby and his crew are professional, kind, and spend the time on service calls with their customers explaining their process and how best to maintain a septic system. They put our brand new septic system in in 2018. Came out today for a service call and spent the time to explain to me how to keep our septic working smoothly. Great guys! read more

Thank you guys so much for your prompt and professional service. Very informative and professional. Had an overflowing tank and they came out quicker than they estimated which made life so much fresher, literally. Bobby educated me more on my septic and the proper way to care for it. I learned things I didnt understand before. I am a fix it myself type person and this is not something you should fix on your own. I actually made it worse. If you have a back up call a professional. I highly recommend Septic Dominators. You cant beat the price. So next time you need a dependable professional septic company I recommend you try them out for yourself. Thanks again guys you may have a shitty job but your service isn't!. :) read more

Jeff came out when he said and followed through. Great to deal with. As a property manager he has a place in my phone.

They had the right price with no surprises, on time, courteous and clean service. Will use it again.

I decided to go with Septic Dominators after talking to the sales person, Bobby. He was very clear in explaining all of my options, and he gave me a good deal. I appreciated his wisdom and thoroughness. I did have two issues with the office not calling me back in a timely fashion, but that isn't enough to knock them down to a four. Their service was great. The supervisor in charge of the drain field and septic tank replacement was very good and was helpful in answering all of my questions. They did break a lot of pipes and didn't mark them all. I'm guessing that happens with all companies. Bobby went above and beyond to help me out, though. I think their work was above average. They smoothed everything out, as they said they would, although the size of the dirt patch was more than I thought it would be, so be aware of that. Again, this would be the case with any company. If you go with them or not, I would advise being home for the install. Any time you spend thousands of dollars, it is your absolute right to keep an eye on things. You never know what can go wrong. read more

The girl in the office was rude. A guy did call me back, but it seemed like he was busy. I was able to get a price range to have a new septic system put in, but what I really wanted a price for was my septic pumped out. I feel like they were trying to sell me something that they weren't sure as to whether or not I needed. read more

Outstanding service experience! Very professional team and company. They arrived early, worked consistently and made sure I was 100 percent satisfied with the work before they left. * Large project read more

I had Septic Dominators come out to pump my septic tank and install a drain field. They're a very reliable company. They did a great job and performed everything on time according to schedule. The customer service is excellent and they're both very knowledgeable and friendly! If you are having issues with a septic tank I would highly recommend them! read more

Tech came out and checked my pump which was not coming on...Tech said GFI had flipped but pump was fine and he thought might be bad GFI...He reset GFI and said it was working fine now but if GFI kept flipping over next few days he would come out and install a new GFI at no extra charge as I had already paid for Service call. Called them today as GFI continued flipping after tech left and was told they weren't going to do the job as I was promised...I'm very disappointed in this turn of events as service call payment was supposed to go toward any work completed. They don't stand by their word. I don't recommend taking a chance with this company. read more

Used this company last Friday 12/15 for a service and today 12/21 our septic tank is backed up again. They refused to come out & see what the problem is. Wanted us to pay again after paying $400+ not even a week ago. Poor customer service. Would NOT recommend. read more
