Absolutely would recommend to anyone that would need services for their septic tank. Extremely professional and had open communication from the start. Had been working with Brownie's septic company and they completely dropped the ball. Would NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THEIR SERVICES! Worked with them for over week and never once did they do what they said they would do. Three different times we set appointments for them to come out to our property and they would chose not to communicate along the way. Left message for them to contact me. Never did. Then made contact with them and they set up an appointment three days later, only to find out that they would not complete our request. Stated that they would need to reschedule. Rescheduled for two days later. Had my husband take off work. Reconfirmed the appointment. Never showed, never communicated anything. Contacted answering service. Boogie called me back and stated that they would be out first thing in the following morning at 10:00 am. Never showed. Contacted answering service twice. Stated that they would send out an urgent message. Contacted Boogie twice more. Never received a response. Contacted Septic Dominators LLc who was very professional and expedient. The service tech Vinny contacted me right away. Set expectations and showed up 45 minutes later. Did an amazing job for us and educated us on our septic tank and the health of the system. Gave us a quote for replacement. We will definitely be contacting Vinny again for service and would recommend him and his company whole heartedly for any service or repair you may need for your septic tank! While dealing with multiple quotes, and multiple contractors, through this process, I learned that response time is important when trying to coordinate time lines with the projects. I highly recommend them. Bobby, the first point of contact picked up the phone whenever I called. I never had to leave a voicemail. These guys were spot on in every way. I had to have the septic tank pumped and my drain field completely replaced in April. They were professional, friendly and got the job done as promised. They handled everything including permits, etc. They even leveled out the yard when the job was completed so that it would be easy to replace the sod in the yard! I called this company because I was told they have small trucks that would be able to come onto my driveway to reach my septic tank. The two gentleman that came were professional and very knowledgeable. They not only cleaned out my tank which was in bad shape, they told me how to avoid letting it get that way in the future. Terrible service I called this company to come out and empty my tank.. They never came out to my house and the lady in the office that I spoke to acted like I never even made an appointment. They finally ended up coming out to my house to empty my tank and they left the lid to the tank open which my poor little yorkie almost fell into.
