My husband was at work and called several plumbers listed on google with 5 stars. ASAP Service Plumbing was the first company to call back. https://asapserviceplumbing.com/ Being that it was a Saturday and one of our rooms was in 3 inches of water already, we were happy to hear that a plumber was available and would be at our house within the hour. The "plumber" showed up with no understanding of English, so everything was translated via phone by a woman named Michelle. She had said that the pipe that busted (which was fixed one time before from busting) was the wrong pipe and that the "plumber" was going to leave to get the correct pipe and come back. He came back, took 2 hours to fix it and covered up the wall without having the worked that was done explained or shown to us. A couple hours later, the room started to flood again. We contacted the company back via message and text explaining that the job wasn't fixed and the room was flooding again. No response back.... We called another company, Delta plumbing. They came out within 20 minutes of calling. A young man named Richard came. We explained to him what happened. He checked everything thoroughly including the air conditioning unit that was on the same wall as the leak. He then opened up the wall that the other "plumber" had sealed and said, "Well, there is your problem!" He immediately got on the phone with his boss and told him what he had found. This so called "plumber" from ASAP Service Plumbing tried to glue C-PVC connection to Polyethylene and Pex and then used zip ties to hold it together! Richard explained to us what was done and what really needed to be done to fix it. He took apart the unprofessional horribly rigged monstrosity of a job and corrected it with a new line along with inserting a plumbers fitting clamped to it. It took Richard less than 10 minutes to fix it and a third of the cost! And it was really fixed! I have attached pictures to this post. The first one is the picture that comes from the rip off company ASAP Service Plumbing. You can see and laugh at the job done by there so called "plumber". The second picture is of the correct way of fixing the leak done by Delta Plumbing. I will be posting a review anywhere I can to get the word out on this horrible company! Oh, and my husband called and finally talked to Michelle on Monday December 11, after all of this, showed her the pictures and videos of everything that her "plumber" did and the corrected version of it to get our money back (which they overcharged us tremendously). And she and her "boss" had the nerve to try to up sell us on them re-piping our home instead of getting our money back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU REALLY THINK WE ARE GOING TO USE YOUR COMPANY TO RE-PIPE OUR HOME WITH WHAT YOUR PLUMBER DID TO FIX ONE PIPE? That's unbelievable! How many people have they done this to? A week later, someone came out to take a soil sample for testing, and I was told that a permit application would be submitted to the Health Department that same week. After two weeks of not hearing back (now into March), I reached out and was told everything was fine and that the application had been submitted. I followed up by text for the next two weeks and was repeatedly told the application was still being processed. When I finally called the Health Department, I was informed that no application had ever been received. Despite this, the company insisted it was in the permitting phase and even claimed they would call to try to expedite the process. A week later, when I checked with the Health Department again, I learned the application had just been received. In other words, they lied to me about submitting it and gaslit me throughout the process. By the time the project was completed, it was already April. When I asked for a discount because of the delays and dishonesty, their response was that the "paperwork issue wasn't [their] fault." I also spoke to the owner of a house two blocks down that was using this same company to replace their septic and they were having issues with communication as well. They explained everything I needed to do for an addition of an expansion tank to my water heater and to have the tmp valve go to the outside of my house. For the size of the tank and all of the labor involved for the job, the quote was more than fair. After accepting the job, I was immediately scheduled for the next morning. Javier came out and did an amazing job. It looks very good and I'm glad we hired them to do the work. I saw on their webpage there was a webform to fill out. After filling it out it said they would be in contact in 48 hours. I then e-mailed the address on the site as a secondary contact. When I called the number said no one was available (it was early) so please e-mail. After a few more hours I called. It went straight to the message to e-mail, but I got a text saying sorry I am on the other line but I will call back or you can respond. I loved this feature so I responded with my needs asking for a call back. I never got the call back. Luckily I found another local plumber that came out and fixed our needs. I still have not received any follow up for them. I know my job was small, but I have a big job coming up in the future. Needless to say I will use the other company for that project.

I'm sure glad I chose Belzer Plumbing to help me out. Every step was a breeze communicating with this company. Rosin called me back promptly, and I was able to speak with the Service Manager (Ray Belzer) directly due to the complex nature of the problem I had. My appointment was less than 48 hours later. I was hopeful for a good technician to do the job. I didn't get a good one, I got an outstanding one. Rob Singer was/is on point with his expertise in the industry. After a brief discussion, he evaluated my problem, recommended the remedy, and after waiting for the piping adhesive to cure on the pipe joints, counselled me on the existing CPVC in my house. When I initially scheduled the appointment, I sent a photo of my shower handle so the company could determine whether an extension kit could be installed and provide some guidance regarding the expected cost. I was told the scheduler Myka would follow up with me, but I never received a call. About a week later, I called the office myself. The scheduler said she remembered the situation but had not received an answer from her boss. There was no apology for the lack of follow-up, and I was left waiting for another callback. Despite already having an appointment scheduled, I still never received the promised call. The day before my appointment, I received an automated reminder text, and I responded that the company needed to improve its communication and return customers' calls. Myka then contacted me regarding my message, but the message she left felt passive-aggressive rather than focused on resolving my concerns. At that point, I was told they had been unable to locate the extension kit, but that they could install one if I found it myself. I was also given different information about the service fee than what I had previously been quoted. Additionally, I was told that labor would depend on the job, but no one could provide any estimate of what the labor might cost. I understand that final pricing can depend on the work required, but after waiting more than two weeks and repeatedly having to follow up myself, I expected clearer communication and more consistent information. Because of this experience, I chose to decline the service. Unfortunately, I would not feel comfortable recommending this company to others.

Upon arrival, he stated that his work order only showed one fan installation and said he was not going to contact his company to clarify the discrepancy. I contacted Lowe's Installation Services, and the representative informed me that Matt needed to contact Crume Installations to resolve the issue. While I was on the phone with Lowe's, Matt repeatedly told me to hang up the call, even though he had not received any new information regarding the installation. I declined because I wanted to ensure the work order was handled properly. Lowe's ultimately contacted Crume Installations directly, and the issue was resolved. Matt installed both ceiling fans as requested. My concern is not with the quality of the installation but with Matt's professionalism at the beginning of the appointment. I found his communication abrupt and unnecessarily directive. Although his attitude improved later in the visit, the initial interaction left a negative impression.

My daughter was here and said it took him about 10 minutes. He charged $400! Once the wall and tile were complete he was to come back to install the actual faucets which we had bought. He didn't have all the supplies he needed and had to go to the "supply store". He came back with a Walmart bag. The time he actually put in was about an hour. He left our new faucets with gunk on them. Chris told me I'd have to clean that off. He left our new tub dirty and trash behind (gloves, paper towels and packaging materials). AND he said I owed him another $395. When I told him that was ridiculous. He said "I don't work for free". After many nasty texts including him threatening to come to my house and to collect the money the next day, my contractor convinced him to give back the $395. I was very grateful for my contractor! Do NOT hire CHRIS OSBORNE'S Drain cleaning and handyman services. The good news is so far the shower and tub faucets don't leak and work well.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My landlords hired this service to fix a clog. They arrived with only a 25-foot snake, which was insufficient to locate the blockage. Over several days, they made multiple trips to Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart, but the issue remained unresolved. Eventually, Chris Osborne came out and claimed the line was clear, but after I took a shower, the house flooded again--both bathrooms, the bedrooms, the living room, and the dining area were affected. On their last visit, they left a huge mess of trash in the bathrooms, did not reassemble the sink drains and left like they were on fire. The house flooded AGAIN during my shower, leading us to call Roto-Rooter, who then removed a tangled piece of Chris' cable from the drain and grease blow back from Chris' attempt to clear the original clog with a water jet. We have video of the cable being pulled from the drain. Chris also dumped the wetvac filled with sewer water right out my front door. Chris has since blocked my landlords' numbers and never returned any calls. During all this I had to stay somewhere else or use a camping toilet.
