I then asked one of the employees about some additional work that he said he could do before they left. Two employees came back to replace the inside parts to two toilet tanks. One tank we noticed was leaking the next day. I contacted the employee several times for him to fix the issue. I didn't want to get him in any trouble or cause issues because the job wasn't done quite right. I ended up calling the company back and they sent out a crew to fix the leak. I also had a strong odor now in my home after it rained. I asked them about that but decided to hire someone else who found the problem and fixed it. I didn't appreciate being left hanging with water leaking. Sadly I was put in the middle of something that should have been taken care of right. I also really liked this company and the people until this happened. They do good work but follow up with the owner for any additional issues. I should not have had water to clean up for over a week.

Customer Service & Communication: Trying to reach anyone locally is nearly impossible. Every phone number provided, including local ones, routes back to a centralized main call center. When I requested to speak with the local office directly, I was informed that local office numbers are not provided to customers. Furthermore, scheduling was highly unreliable. My installation was delayed multiple times due to jobs running long and equipment failure. I was never proactively notified about these delays; I had to call them each time to find out why crew members hadn't shown up. Installation Quality: The physical installation required a nitrogen-reducing tank with an electric pump. The initial placement left exposed PVC pipe and plastic tubing completely vulnerable to lawn equipment. To their credit, they did correct this once I pointed it out, but it required my oversight to ensure it was done safely. Billing and Grant Management Issues: This project qualified for an Orange County grant to offset the cost of the advanced system. From day one, I provided the necessary paperwork for them to file directly with the county. Despite this, I began receiving automated bills for the full amount before the job was even completed (while there was still a hole in my yard and before the final county inspection). After paying my agreed-upon portion, I continued to receive invoices for the balance that was supposed to be covered by the grant. I was repeatedly told by customer service that this was just an "automated process" and to ignore it. However, months later, the company has still not completed the administrative requirements to secure the funds from the county, and they have now initiated collections actions against me for the remaining balance. I have provided this company with every single document requested of me. Even their own collections team admitted that the grant payment process does not normally take this long. Save yourself the immense aggravation and find a company with a more reliable, organized back office.

We've never owned a home with a septic system before so our knowledge was lacking. We spent 6K+ to have our system replaced, unbeknownst to us they used our existing 1987 fiberglass tank. We were never offered a replacement. The equipment was already at our home, our yard already dug up, we would've replaced it. One week after installation the pump alarm was sounding, we were told the motor was bad and we'd need to pay for a new one. Absolutely not! Five years later we start developing a large depression in our front yard, something isn't right. I place a call to this company and they aren't available for a week. I called Acme Septic out and they informed me that our fiberglass tank is absolutely crushed and needs replacing. I have no faith in these companies at this point so I talk to my neighbors and get two other companies to inspect. The verdict; the new system was installed with utilizing the old tank from 1987!!! The owner of Orlando Septic explained to me that he was trying to "save us money" by using the existing tank 5 years ago when replacing the system. He inspects the issue and sends us a quote for $8K+!!! Little did he know I already had 3 quotes from other companies my neighbors recommended. Their quotes were $3-4K less!!
