My daughter was here and said it took him about 10 minutes. He charged $400! Once the wall and tile were complete he was to come back to install the actual faucets which we had bought. He didn't have all the supplies he needed and had to go to the "supply store". He came back with a Walmart bag. The time he actually put in was about an hour. He left our new faucets with gunk on them. Chris told me I'd have to clean that off. He left our new tub dirty and trash behind (gloves, paper towels and packaging materials). AND he said I owed him another $395. When I told him that was ridiculous. He said "I don't work for free". After many nasty texts including him threatening to come to my house and to collect the money the next day, my contractor convinced him to give back the $395. I was very grateful for my contractor! Do NOT hire CHRIS OSBORNE'S Drain cleaning and handyman services. The good news is so far the shower and tub faucets don't leak and work well.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My landlords hired this service to fix a clog. They arrived with only a 25-foot snake, which was insufficient to locate the blockage. Over several days, they made multiple trips to Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart, but the issue remained unresolved. Eventually, Chris Osborne came out and claimed the line was clear, but after I took a shower, the house flooded again--both bathrooms, the bedrooms, the living room, and the dining area were affected. On their last visit, they left a huge mess of trash in the bathrooms, did not reassemble the sink drains and left like they were on fire. The house flooded AGAIN during my shower, leading us to call Roto-Rooter, who then removed a tangled piece of Chris' cable from the drain and grease blow back from Chris' attempt to clear the original clog with a water jet. We have video of the cable being pulled from the drain. Chris also dumped the wetvac filled with sewer water right out my front door. Chris has since blocked my landlords' numbers and never returned any calls. During all this I had to stay somewhere else or use a camping toilet. I saw on their webpage there was a webform to fill out. After filling it out it said they would be in contact in 48 hours. I then e-mailed the address on the site as a secondary contact. When I called the number said no one was available (it was early) so please e-mail. After a few more hours I called. It went straight to the message to e-mail, but I got a text saying sorry I am on the other line but I will call back or you can respond. I loved this feature so I responded with my needs asking for a call back. I never got the call back. Luckily I found another local plumber that came out and fixed our needs. I still have not received any follow up for them. I know my job was small, but I have a big job coming up in the future. Needless to say I will use the other company for that project.

I was expecting to have to wait a week, maybe a week and a half. I was quite impressed! The plumber they sent, Jeff, arrived right on schedule. Very friendly and professional. He completed my service promptly, I was billed and that was that. I was able to pay with a credit card, which was quite convenient. These folks are absolutely excellent. Tech replaced a tub faucet without adjusting the water line length, leaving a 1/2 space between wall and faucet. This required additional adjustment by another worker. 2. Tech did not verify a disconnected dishwasher line valve was turned completely OFF after verifying the line was clear. Slow leak caused damages over several days requiring repairs by other workers. 3. Tech was rough with cabinets in kitchen requiring some repairs. 4. The office manager denied all company responsibility, and refused to let me speak with the owner. This was a horrible experience overall. Charged me $180 and caused 10 times that amount in additional repairs to be completed by other COMPETENT workers!

I honestly wasn't sure he would be able to repair it but he worked hard and miraculously patched it.
