My daughter was here and said it took him about 10 minutes. He charged $400! Once the wall and tile were complete he was to come back to install the actual faucets which we had bought. He didn't have all the supplies he needed and had to go to the "supply store". He came back with a Walmart bag. The time he actually put in was about an hour. He left our new faucets with gunk on them. Chris told me I'd have to clean that off. He left our new tub dirty and trash behind (gloves, paper towels and packaging materials). AND he said I owed him another $395. When I told him that was ridiculous. He said "I don't work for free". After many nasty texts including him threatening to come to my house and to collect the money the next day, my contractor convinced him to give back the $395. I was very grateful for my contractor! Do NOT hire CHRIS OSBORNE'S Drain cleaning and handyman services. The good news is so far the shower and tub faucets don't leak and work well.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My landlords hired this service to fix a clog. They arrived with only a 25-foot snake, which was insufficient to locate the blockage. Over several days, they made multiple trips to Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart, but the issue remained unresolved. Eventually, Chris Osborne came out and claimed the line was clear, but after I took a shower, the house flooded again--both bathrooms, the bedrooms, the living room, and the dining area were affected. On their last visit, they left a huge mess of trash in the bathrooms, did not reassemble the sink drains and left like they were on fire. The house flooded AGAIN during my shower, leading us to call Roto-Rooter, who then removed a tangled piece of Chris' cable from the drain and grease blow back from Chris' attempt to clear the original clog with a water jet. We have video of the cable being pulled from the drain. Chris also dumped the wetvac filled with sewer water right out my front door. Chris has since blocked my landlords' numbers and never returned any calls. During all this I had to stay somewhere else or use a camping toilet. I have dogs making it diffilcult to stay elsewhere for an extended period. His number is 407 484 5676. He responds to requests on FB for plumbing. We Appreciate Your Business…read more.. That was the phrase the home warranty offered me for more than 48 hours as they reviewed my emergency claim for a broken shower tub valve. "It's the summer in Florida and I have no access to running water in my house" I decried. As my family entered day 2 of waiting for an authorization approval I sought out real help. A professional that cared to have the staff and expertise available and willingness to offer emergency support services. Jeff's KB&B Plumbing was both the answer and the solution. They answered my after hours call on a Saturday morning. They had a courteous and professional team available to dispatch and diagnose the issues. Thereafter they solved the issue with informative diligence. Every step along the way I was updated. Moreover the fair and reasonable price I was quoted remained the same throughout the process. The plumber replaced the valve and performed by far the neatest work I've ever seen. I explicitly asked the plumber not to clean up afterwards to allow my children the opportunity to participate in the process, but he refused to leave a job undone and not as clean as possible. Not only was I impressed by the new working shower/tub valve, but Jeff's KB&B Plumbing provided me a thorough and detailed invoice to assist me in the warranty repair claim. After this emergency experience it is clear to see that Jeff's KB&B Plumbing was the only entity that valued me as a customer. I'm planning additional plumbing work with them because of this experience.

Warning!! DO NOT use Jeff's KB&B Plumbing…read more We had them come yesterday to install a bidet and while they were here I had them check out another toilet I heard was occasionally running longer than it should be. They told me they "didn't work on toilets like mine and I should just replace it." After they left, we had a mysterious flood coming from a broken valve at the toilet and we ended up with water all over our bathroom and into the next room. We called the emergency line 3 times and while the answering service answered, no one called us back. They denied any involvement in damaging the valve, refuse to fix it, and are saying they didn't do it and it was a coincidence that it happened to break after they were at the house. The only solution temporarily is to shut the water line to the entire house. We, therefore, cannot use water, have water under our wood floors, and wet drywall as well. We have used them for various projects over the last 13 years, referred many friends to them, and now we are left with a broken toilet, no water to the entire house (main water line needed to be shut off to stop the flow of water), and a small flood. Come to find out after the fact, 3 others that I know have also had bad experiences with them. After they refused the fix the problem, we had another company come out to fix their mess and, without hesitation, was able to fix the flapper without any issue as well as repair the broken valve. Both issues Jeff's KB&B said they could not do.

Four Towns Plumbing…read moreinstalled two toilet in my home just a few months ago, and for a while, we kept seeing water on the floor but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. After about a month or so, we realized one of the toilets was leaking. Turns out, one of the wax rings has already failed which is not normal and is clearly due to poor installation. A properly installed wax ring should last for years, not a couple of months. There's no reason this should be happening this soon. So I called them to get this fixed and they told me the repair wouldn't be covered under any sort of warranty and quoted me $245 to fix their own mistake. What a joke. I explained that this happened only a few months after they installed both toilets, and when I said I would be leaving a review based on my experience, they laughed. After checking their reviews, I've found other 1-star reviews describing the same issue so it's clear this isn't an isolated situation. It's a pattern of poor workmanship and zero accountability. Save your money and avoid this company. They don't stand behind their work, and the customer service is completely unprofessional. Hope this helps!
