My wife and I needed some plumbing work at our newly renovated home. It's so hard to find dependable tradesman and since we were going at this alone we didn't want to have any issues. Very early in the demolition phase (roughly 10 months ago) we called this same company to do some minor work. To our surprise the owner of the company and his son were the ones who responded and they were very helpful and gave us a few tips for the future. Fast forward several months and it looks like the nightmare of our previous contractor continued with some clogging in our plumbing lines. We decided to use the same vendor as before, we had such a great experience, and the plumber who was sent did an amazing job. Max took his time to listen to what issues we were experiencing and then went through the troubleshooting steps to find what was the cause of the clog and what approach to use to eliminate this issue we've been facing for the last few weeks. The clog was resolved and it's been working perfectly thanks to all of his hard work and perseverance. It's incredible how this young man knows so much at such an early stage of his career. He is an excellent representative for his company and we later found out his uncle is the owner so we see that this company has an excellent set of young men who will take care of any plumbing issues for future customers. Our tub/shower faucet handle needed to be repaired. After spending only 5 minutes looking at it and charging us $60.00 we were told the ONLY thing to be done was to hacksaw the handle off, as the screw had rusted into the handle and cartridge meaning the entire valve needed to be replace at a minimum cost of $500.00. Well we called a REAL plumber and he had it replaced WITHOUT the use of a hacksaw and only had to replace the handle and water control cartridge! I would not recommend these guys who only want to pad their bill. read more

I would not recommend this company. I recently used them on a job and they charged me 90$ per hour. For each man on the job including helpers. The billing was sketchy and no one knew who was there or how long they had been there. I had also previously used them to snake out a drain on a rental property for which I was billed $235 for an hour's work . When questioned about this the owner pretty much said he did t know how the got to that figure but that's what it was. I had no choice but to pay as there are permits they are on that they could delay if I refused to pay so I was pretty much stuck. I will never use them again and felt truly ripped off and taken advantage of. I have checked with other companies and the practice of paying helpers or apprentices the same rate as a plumber is unacceptable along with the final price of my bill for the work done. read more

I had the worst clog imaginable, there was something broken off and lodged in the drain, about 3 feet under the slab...my kitchen sink would not drain at all, and it had to come out, there was no flushing it. I called these guys and spoke directly to the owner. He was honest and upfront and said that there was maybe an 80% chance that he could get it. I decided that it was worth the gamble...it was the best $80 I ever spent. His guy showed up when he was supposed to and within an hour (barely) he had my drain flowing...I was the happiest man alive when he got it out. It was a tuff job. So, today is the Sunday of Labor Day Weekend and I have the most horrific looking bathroom toilet. It clogged then we put some product in the toilet thinking it would fix it. .. but it just made it way worse! After calling 2 other company's 24 hour hotline, I finally was referred to Four Towns by the second company I called. They said Four Towns was more reasonably priced and friendly. Mike not only saved the day, but he did it with a smile! Beware of this Company. They will fix your problem without any concern that it works properly. Then they will try and put the blame on you. Their owner refuses to check a new system he put in but it does not work. I paid hundreds of dollars to get absolutely NOTHING. I will have to go elsewhere to get my system to work. I had a great experience, twice, with Four Town Plumbing. First their master plumber, Ruben, resolved a dicey issue involving my water purifier, garbage disposal, and drilling a hole for the special faucet in my granite countertop. Next, he made a great suggestion for a whole house water purification system. The owner helped me to figure out which parts of the EasyWater system to buy, and Ruben installed them perfectly, despite complications created by our builder with the location of our main water entry point to the house. We are thrilled with the price, which was less than any other whole house system we considered. It's working beautifully and I've got the cleanest, best-tasting water in the neighborhood. Plus, the owner suggested a lower-cost alternative to get softer water that uses no salt and cost a fraction of what the others we're demanding. We have much less hard water build up on our glass shower and strainless I'm so satisfied! read more

I called in on a Monday morning and spoke with the owner Mike, he had someone call me back in about 10 minutes, we set up an appointment and like clockwork, "Joe" the Service Tech came over. He brought out his equipment and proceeded to work. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and just an all round nice guy. He fixed the main drain blockage and I am thrilled.
