Went above and beyond to diagnose our weak cold-water pressure, which can only be remedied by replacing some pipes, but he suggested a less-expensive workaround solution to replace only a few pipes to fix the problem instead of just telling us the entire system needs replacing. I originally called just for a leaky toilet, but he ended up scraping sludge out of I don't even know what that thing is outside to try to fix the weak pressure! Really nice guy, I highly recommend. Josh is my new go-to guy for all things plumbing! Called about a stopped up toilet and shower and he diagnosed it quickly as a main drain line clog. Our house was built in '77 so it took a bit to figure out where the buried clean-out port was but, he found it...a foot below grade in the front of the house. After a challenging 90+ foot snake run he got the clog cleared and restored everything back the way it was including a new, easy-to-access clean-out port, and resealed the kitchen clean-out too. I discovered a corroded toilet drain flange and the bolt that was supposed to hold the toilet in place was loose due to the flange rusting away.
