Customer Service & Communication: Trying to reach anyone locally is nearly impossible. Every phone number provided, including local ones, routes back to a centralized main call center. When I requested to speak with the local office directly, I was informed that local office numbers are not provided to customers. Furthermore, scheduling was highly unreliable. My installation was delayed multiple times due to jobs running long and equipment failure. I was never proactively notified about these delays; I had to call them each time to find out why crew members hadn't shown up. Installation Quality: The physical installation required a nitrogen-reducing tank with an electric pump. The initial placement left exposed PVC pipe and plastic tubing completely vulnerable to lawn equipment. To their credit, they did correct this once I pointed it out, but it required my oversight to ensure it was done safely. Billing and Grant Management Issues: This project qualified for an Orange County grant to offset the cost of the advanced system. From day one, I provided the necessary paperwork for them to file directly with the county. Despite this, I began receiving automated bills for the full amount before the job was even completed (while there was still a hole in my yard and before the final county inspection). After paying my agreed-upon portion, I continued to receive invoices for the balance that was supposed to be covered by the grant. I was repeatedly told by customer service that this was just an "automated process" and to ignore it. However, months later, the company has still not completed the administrative requirements to secure the funds from the county, and they have now initiated collections actions against me for the remaining balance. I have provided this company with every single document requested of me. Even their own collections team admitted that the grant payment process does not normally take this long. Save yourself the immense aggravation and find a company with a more reliable, organized back office.

I live 3 hours away and did not come to the home until Sunday. My realtor also was not present when this A-1 Septic company claims they were present. My realtor told me the company showed up 4 hours before the scheduled visit he was to be present for. I therefore was not in Orlando and definitely was not present at the home as he posted. Alexander, Freddie's employee, wanted me to pay request $1375 as he claimed the bushes needed to be removed Freddie's worker, Alexander, texted that the septic tank was located behind landscaping next to the front of the home. The home inspector used a camera and located the tank 45 feet in the front yard where there was no landscaping. Last, when a camera video of the tank location from the home inspector was provided, Freddie tried to "hold me hostage" and demanded that I remove my yelp review. When I refused, he then tried to collect $275 when he provided no service. I looked his company up on the BBB website and it said he was not rated. This is a bad company!
