On installation day the office called to confirm I was ready to support. Installers Wayne and Zack arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully to avoid damage and keep work area clean. Removal of old unit was unusually difficult, requiring some disassembly of cabinetry which was done carefully and reassembled afterward. Wayne and Zack cleaned all areas affected and new unit solves the problem.
