On installation day the office called to confirm I was ready to support. Installers Wayne and Zack arrived on time, worked efficiently and carefully to avoid damage and keep work area clean. Removal of old unit was unusually difficult, requiring some disassembly of cabinetry which was done carefully and reassembled afterward. Guy showed up, I pointed out the sink that had been clogged for 8 months. He fixed it up in less than 10 minutes, and spent another 20 putting a new plunger plug in the sink so it wouldn't happen again. I pointed out a second sink that had stopped running, and he quickly assessed the problem as sediment that had built up in the faucet head. He offered to switch it out free of charge, but ended up not having the right size parts in his van. CLR ended up fixing the problem in about 15 minutes and the sink is finally running again!
