We needed a septic inspection for a house we are purchasing on short notice. They answered the…read morephone when I called (instead of my having to leave a message & wait to hear back). The woman I spoke to was friendly, informative, & got us scheduled right away. The technician called when he was on his way as promised. The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. I can't expect them to know about something that I was unaware of. After he completed the job, I got a phone call explaining everything that was done as well as the findings & later received a report. The customer service & attention to detail was excellent. I'll definitely use them in the future.

And now Jon ( Jonathan T Labruyere owner on all Public documents) but Jon Shrout is who came to the house and took both our deposits will not return a call, txt or email. We just called again today and it says the 352-504-5101 is no longer accepting calls. So either he changed his number or is now out of business. Either way he took 2 deposits and never did the job. He should be returning the deposits. Jon told us he would start the job the week of July 9, 2025 but he was a no show. We have called every single day and absolutely no response! Today I got an email back saying his email doesn't not exist from my 2nd email saying I was contacting the attorney general and an attorney along with the FTC. I stated all we want back is our deposit since is he so unprofessional and obviously not doing the job. I have called the health department and they said no permit was issued. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend him to clean my cats litter boxes. He is nothing but a scam artists. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM ALL OUT SEPTIC AS YOU CAN!!!

Nick promised they would cover the expenses for damage done to my property during the drainfield installation. After making that promise, he ignored my calls and texts for 4-5 weeks. When I finally reached the owner through the office phone, the situation got even worse. As soon as I mentioned that Nick had been ignoring me, the owner started yelling at me. He then refused to cover the full expenses his employee had promised. After all of that, he offered to pay only half, but by then I was done dealing with the excuses and unprofessional treatment. After they take your payment they do the job they were supposed to do aswell as destroy the whole pipelines in the process! they refuse to acknowledge the damage they done we called only shortly after 2 hours they left and they refused to come back "because he's not in the area" but they can make the trip to do terrible work? they will deny their were at fault even knowing i told them i hired a professional to do an inspection and was told it was something to do with septic tank. I check the receipt i was sent to me they claimed he had cleaned the filter; it was clogged up to the tube with dirt i have my own photos they claim they do Aswell but still these last 2 days and the last 2 times I called nothing ever sent to my phone. they are very aware but will do everything in their power to refuse wrong doings just because they "did what they're supposed to do" but resulting in more damages absolute frauds of their work.
