Nick promised they would cover the expenses for damage done to my property during the drainfield installation. After making that promise, he ignored my calls and texts for 4-5 weeks. When I finally reached the owner through the office phone, the situation got even worse. As soon as I mentioned that Nick had been ignoring me, the owner started yelling at me. He then refused to cover the full expenses his employee had promised. After all of that, he offered to pay only half, but by then I was done dealing with the excuses and unprofessional treatment. This is the first negative review I've ever left for any business, but people should know what kind of experience they may be dealing with here.

Jesus sent me available dates for services and times with a window of 9am to 1pm and the one I selected, Jesus was at my place on time and even called prior to his arrival. I was amazed by the quality of service I received. He and his crew (Chris) located both tanks very quickly and made very minimal disturbance to my yard and having seen other septic services in the neighborhood, Jesus was by far the best I have ever seen. Each and every step of the service he explained to me and after completing service, placed the sod back in place and neatly raked the area. Forms of payment were cash, check, and/or credit card. Everything about Jesus was professional and very accurate. The price quoted was the price I paid and I was very satisfied. I recommend PU Septic Tank Service to everyone needing this service.
