There was an issue that he couldn't get it done but gave me the name and number of another guy. That guy turned out to be on vacation that week so I looked around some more- the first company I called scheduled it but I needed to be sure it was done in the morning. They called back and said they couldn't rearrange the route to make a morning appointment work so I cancelled. Then I called another company - they scheduled me for Friday morning but no call, no showed- still haven't heard from them. So, I decided to try Jesus again and everything lined up perfectly. He was out here at the time he said he would be. He kept me updated on the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. He is polite and punctual. They scheduled for today since I'm home and could help out where it's located and what it has been doing (also to corral my deaf dog who was overly exuberant and in love with the one fella who initially came to the door) when the problem began. They arrived and set straight to work. And it was HUMID. The kind of day here in Florida where you can just stand still and sweat just runs offa you in rivers. I felt so bad for both of them in long pants (required for this line of work) and boots. The sweat just ran off of them constantly. But they worked away and opened THREE LIDS on my septic tank. I only knew of two! The last guy that was out here only opened two and didn't even bother covering them up afterwards! Where the main pipe comes in from the house, too much excess pipe was coming thru the concrete and creating a bottleneck. They fixed that. I was shocked that they went above and beyond! Covered everything up and put mortar around the edges of the lids (which the other guy didn't do either!) and had me flush the toilet to make sure everything ran smooth. (Which of course it did). Since my drainfield is over 20-25 years old, he mentioned this could also be a contributing factor of why it's not working correctly anymore as well. So I got an estimate on a new drainfield since we'll be getting a new modular home put on our property sometime in the near future and I don't want anymore problems if this can be avoided! The estimate he gave me was so small that I said I'll take it! Can I pay for it today? I thought he was going to have a heart attack (lol) but let me know it was something I'd have to call the office and set up with them. Permits have to be pulled, etc. After they left, I did just that. They're sending me the forms to fill out, sign and put down $350 for the permits and once they come thru, the drainfield will be scheduled to be installed! I'm over the moon happy with this company! Inexpensive, hardworking, polite, sincere and so far, so completely honest with their customers that I'm overjoyed to have dialed their number last week! To sum it up: 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
