The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. I can't expect them to know about something that I was unaware of. After he completed the job, I got a phone call explaining everything that was done as well as the findings & later received a report. The customer service & attention to detail was excellent. I'll definitely use them in the future.

I used Dampier to schedule a septic cleaning/pumping and inspection on a home we were buying and they were able to contact the health department and pull all of the previous records for the septic at the house. His price was 25% less than anyone in Alachua County and was very thorough in his explanation. Roy and his crew showed up as scheduled and they discovered the old drain field was put in improperly in that the water had nowhere to go because the pipes were flowing uphill. That and the field was packed with cheap packing popcorn. They were done by 11a and the inspector by noon. His crew graded the area perfectly even and I couldn't be happier with their work. If you call them, don't worry if you don't get them. Roy or Stacy will call you back. They are busy so be patient - you'll be glad you used them.
