When I saw the 4.6 star review, I felt like this was a company I could take a chance on. Clearly I…read moreshould have came to Yelp, because the rating here reflects what I experienced. I have never had this high of a rating (4.6) let me down before. The 2 stars is only because the gentleman who finally came out today was so courteous and professional, otherwise this would have been a 1 star for sure. About 3 weeks I had a late evening plumbing situation. As it was after hours I needed someone who offered emergency services. I should have known when the gentleman said he was on his way and gave an estimated time and then came almost an hour after the estimate to terminate this experience then. But not liking to take chances with leaking water, I allowed the gentleman to proceed further, smell of alcohol on one of the two men that showed up and all. I mean hey, it was late, may have been winding down with a beer. Gentleman said he needed to cut a hole in the wall but don't worry, I'm going to get the area where I cut at all nice and neat for you before we wrap things up (that messed he made the first night is still there). The next day I called and was asking about the 2 gentleman that came to my house, because I found it a bit odd that one had on a company shirt and the other didn't. The person who answered the next day kept mentioning the main guy that I had been told was coming. I asked, "And Chris," and the gentleman seemed thrown off. To this day I don't truly know if this company has an apprentice named Chris working for them or not. Now comes the good part, I was told my part had to be ordered and the part would come in between the 10th and the 16th. I get it, things happen, what I don't get is that premier thinks it's ok not to proactively communicate with their customers. As a call should have come in to me the early evening of the 16th at the latest. No call. On the 17th I get a call that the part was delayed. Duh! I figured that much myself when no one showed up the 10th through the 16th. I was told on the 17th that the part should be there on the 18th. The entire business day went by and I didn't hear a word from premier. I ended up calling them after I got off work at 5pm. Was then told the new expected date was that Monday. Monday came and went and again no proactive follow up. I called them again on Tuesday morning and was told they'd give me a call as soon as they heard something. Again, I understand that many companies are at the mercy of other companies. And if that company delays it can cause delays with their timeline. What I do not understand is why this company did not follow up proactively during these delays. They put way too much work on me the customer. This is NOT acceptable customer service. Finally, today they come to place the part, only to tell me after placing the part that another leak was detected. I'm bewildered by the fact that a company that specializes in leak detection and plumbing, so they say, didn't have some type of device/test that could haved detected sooner that there was a bigger problem. Because what did I really wait all this time for you all to fix? Certainly not the full problem. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. And I made my review as lengthy as my wait for this poor customer service. Now if y'all will excuse me, let me go clean this mess that Mike left in my house, promising that he was going to tidy up and created a lil window so if ever needed again the plumbing would be easy to check. Premier, I truly hope that is someone's last name. It definitely wasn't the level of service I experienced. Please do better in the future for others. As for me, one and done. But kudos to the kind gentleman that came out today. He got you a star back.

This is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with…read more Spencer the owner is the nicest person I have met , we had a pipe burst an water went everywhere, he was working in the office and he jumped in a work van and came straight out and fixed it, then went all around our house and checked everything fixed some things that were fixing things he said would probably bust the next freeze, he came back the next morning and rechecked everything again. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality plumbing company to work with.

Extreme price gouging!!!! During a hard freeze this past winter my pipes froze and burst. My…read morerelative recommended this company so I called for assistance. They came the next day and repaired the damaged pipes and replaced two sub meters. The plumber they sent had never seen sub meters. He said I'd need to call JEA about them. I explained that they were mine and that I'd had them installed years prior. He had no clue where to get them. He went back to his truck after looking over the situation and I came back inside and called a plumbing supply company five minutes from my home that stated they carried them. I went out to his truck and told him where he could get the sub meters and he was sitting there clipping his nails! After a while he left and got the necessary supplies for the job and came back and made the necessary repairs. According the the owner of the company the sub meters cost $237.00 each totaling $474.00 there was four feet of PVC pipe replaced and the charge for the repair was $2,186.91. The repair took a total of three house counting the time the repair person sat in my driveway clipping his nails and doing whatever else he was doing but surely was not working on my repair. He didn't even wrap the piped with insulation after he replaced the broken pipes and meters. He told me I'd need to do that! Their hourly fee for this job works out to approximately $550.00 per hour! In my opinion that's price gouging. I spoke with Spencer, the owner of the company who told me they don't work "buy the hour" they price by the job and reminded me of overhead costs etc. He said he'd look over the paperwork for the job and see what he could do. After numerous attempts to contact him he finally offered me a $200.00 refund and said he'd mail it to me. After countless attempts to get the refund I finally drove to their "office" and in person I requested they write me a check. I waited about twenty minutes and got the $200.00 refund. I will NEVER call this company again!
