His price was 25% less than anyone in Alachua County and was very thorough in his explanation. Roy and his crew showed up as scheduled and they discovered the old drain field was put in improperly in that the water had nowhere to go because the pipes were flowing uphill. That and the field was packed with cheap packing popcorn. They were done by 11a and the inspector by noon. His crew graded the area perfectly even and I couldn't be happier with their work.
