The job ended up being more than estimated bc he found a second septic tank that none of us knew about, so I was ok with the increase. Roy, the owner, came by to inspect my septic system in High Springs and told me what I already…read moresuspected. I needed a new drain field. His price was 25% less than anyone in Alachua County and was very thorough in his explanation. Roy and his crew showed up as scheduled and they discovered the old drain field was put in improperly in that the water had nowhere to go because the pipes were flowing uphill. That and the field was packed with cheap packing popcorn. They were done by 11a and the inspector by noon. His crew graded the area perfectly even and I couldn't be happier with their work. So, that said, my neighbor recommended Raymond's Septic, my first call a nice woman answered the phone and was able to get me an appointment for a pump out within several days! They called on the day of service to say they were on their way. Then made swift work of finding my tank and removing the dirt to access the tank.
