He was going to leave the sewage dripping under my house without telling me, it was lucky I was watching. A few days later I ran the garbage disposal and a toilet in a different bathroom overflowed with sewage all over the floor and the bathtub and kitchen sink all filled and clogged with dirty sewage water. I called and asked the owner to send someone out and fix it, at least get it back to where it was before they came out. He said it was a coincidence and didn't have anything to do with what they did. I said it's not a coincidence,I've lived here 16 years and this never happened and suddenly it happens 2 days after you come out? No chance. I ask for the lead tech and he refuses saying the guy who came out will be familiar with the situation. So the same guy comes out and does the same damn thing- drains it not fixing anything, because apparently this time it will magically work. He tells me as he's leaving I can wait a few days and adjust the pipes under once all the sewage under my house drains again because he looked at them and that should work.You know, the thing I actually hired a plumber for. He also tells me they did cause it pushing the clog farther in without fixing it. Few days later, surprise surprise, my bathtub and kitchen sink are filled with feces etc. I call up and complain and ask him to come out and fix it. He sends somebody who does the same fricking thing and tries to charge me $200! I call him up and he says it's a coincidence, despite his own employe saying it was, and that he doesn't do sewage lines and I remind him I just had a clogged toilet that his business made ten times worse. His response? Okay, I won't charge you! But dont call again. And guess what happened a few days later? Yup sewage overflowing and in the tub and kitchen sink. Run far far away from this business. This is not an honorable man and this is not a reputable business.

Perry's Pump Repair came out to investigate air and silt in our plumbing. The well was drilled in…read more2002 when the house was built (we bought the house in 2023) and the tank looked the age. Shane and Daniel arrived as scheduled, and immediately went to work on the well head and pump. Turns out the baffle on the pump was a problem, as was the old tank, which we had on our list of needing replacing. Shane and Daniel were incredibly skilled and efficient in pulling the pump, inspecting it, turns out it's from 2019 so OK there, but it had a bad baffle that they replaced with an improved version. Then they expertly removed the old tank, installed a new tank and silt filter, and now it's all working great. We now have increased water pressure throughout the house. They charged a fair price, explained each finding and the process along the way, and were very professional and friendly. We could NOT be happier with Perry's Pump Repair, we highly recommend them.
