Call back Monday because they are not open on Saturday and Sunday was told it would be Friday before they come out again. Friday came out snaked all the way to the septic. And again worked for about 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. They are supposed to build me for that one. The first time they came out, the bill was $320. This time the bill is $150. I cannot keep calling them every other day to come and fix a clog that was supposed to be fixed the first time call them today Monday again got a hold of Leah telling her the problem. She had a nasty attitude telling me that when he left it was clear that that's just how their scheduling works when I ask for someone to come out today and she said they cannot. Then told her I'm not paying them to temporarily fix the clog but to completely fix the clog and told her that this is the third time me calling and everything has been replaced she wants to tell me I haven't paid when I'm supposed to be billed even said that she just got the invoice to bill me. She then wants to say that it was fixed when her technician left, but it was only temporarily fixed because the clog is still there she then goes onto tell me that. they can have someone out here tomorrow to fix the issue again for the third time but it's not a guaranteed fix because other things might be in play as roots in the septic tank or the Customer putting things down the toilet. I then tell her. The only thing that we've been putting down the toilet is waste material from the body and toilet paper that is meant to go in the toilet She then repeats herself saying she can have someone out here tomorrow if I want to be put on the schedule to fix it, but I will have to pay again. I tell her I cannot be paying for them to come out every 2 to 3 days and be calling every Other day for it to be a temporary fixed, she ignores me Puts me on hold then again doubles down on rescheduling, but I will have to pay. This is ridiculous for me to continuously pay for them to fix a clog. And get blamed that it's my fault for a clog that was supposed to be fixed and for her to have an attitude and nastiness in a professional work environment that she is in is unacceptable. They do not fix the issue that they were given to fix they temporarily do it and think that's good enough. Would not recommend this business to anyone for anything.

Perry's Pump Repair came out to investigate air and silt in our plumbing. The well was drilled in…read more2002 when the house was built (we bought the house in 2023) and the tank looked the age. Shane and Daniel arrived as scheduled, and immediately went to work on the well head and pump. Turns out the baffle on the pump was a problem, as was the old tank, which we had on our list of needing replacing. Shane and Daniel were incredibly skilled and efficient in pulling the pump, inspecting it, turns out it's from 2019 so OK there, but it had a bad baffle that they replaced with an improved version. Then they expertly removed the old tank, installed a new tank and silt filter, and now it's all working great. We now have increased water pressure throughout the house. They charged a fair price, explained each finding and the process along the way, and were very professional and friendly. We could NOT be happier with Perry's Pump Repair, we highly recommend them.
