Briefly described problem and was asked what area I was in and when advised they told I could get someone closer. I mentioned I called due to reviews etc. and he then asked me for more detail. I called MB Plumbing and received a call back. Mark was able to schedule me two days out and Derrick was the one that arrived. He literally pulled on the shower knob and water came gushing out - Turns out it was the pull out knob style. Easiest job ever, probably. At least he was honest about what the issue was. Will definitely keep this company in mind for one of my next plumbing jobs that's hopefully a "real" issue.
