We had a small installation. They replied with a quote quickly, were on time and did an excellent job!

Wow! From worms to wonderful. Ken and Danny are amazing. I had worms and parasites in my water to…read morethe point that my entire household has been sick, poisoned by the city water supply. When Ken received my service request for water filtration, he was visibly disturbed by what we were dealing with and personally came first thing in the morning to address the issue. Ken educated me that simple filtration was not enough, that by trying to filter something like this you actually just create a breeding ground for the parasite/bacteria. That can be seen in my washing machine filter that just acted like a catch bowl for them. He made it clear that I needed a complete treatment system to kill everything before being filtered. Ken assured me he could fix it and provide me with amazing water. He did not disappoint. My water is now so good you can drink from the shower or even the toilet tank. Taking a shower in it is like nothing I have ever experienced, the feeling is beyond description. You must feel it for yourself to understand, and to that point I tell everyone that comes over to take a shower because it is life-changing. Shampoo and conditioner are not even needed. As for drinking it, wow! Voss water is pond scum in comparison. You have not had bottled water this good! Even our ice cubes from our cheapo ice maker come out clear. This is truly a mind-blowing experience in a great way. Because the water is so clean our toilets, faucets and shower heads stay totally clean; no calcium, no redness, no toilet ring, ever! Thank you Quality Safe Water!!!

Crystal River- My 91 year old father purchased a water treatment system from Leaf Home Water…read moreSolutions and was installed on 7/16/2025. The system was sold as a solution for odor in his well water. Immediately after installation the hot water developed a strong rotten-egg odor and discoloration that had not existed before. The system made the problem worse. There have been 3 tech visits. During the first visit the tech replaced water jets and increased the backwash schedule and although he stated something was wrong with the system, stated that he was not authorized to correct. Subsequent visits involved adjustments and reprogramming of the system but the odor and discoloration remain. The installation also caused the well pump to run excessively causing an average electric bill to go from $110 to $472. The electric company sent a tech to evaluate and determined that the well pump was pulling 35 amps. Because of this my 91 year old father has to turn the pump on and off to keep it from running constantly. We sent a certified letter requesting removal of the system and a full refund after numerous attempts of resolution and the company has ignored us and no longer returns phone calls. Previously my father had a "WaterBoss" system for 15 years that only needed replacing because of normal wear and tear. After now 8 months of unsuccessful attempts my father is requesting removal and a full refund. He is also following up with Sheriff's dept regarding elder fraud.

Very good service. Service person was on the money. He tested my equipment and water.read more

Got the contact info from Home Depot (wish we hadn't)…read more Booked an in home "free" water testing (complete sales pitch not so much a water test). The sales guy shows up late, poor self care, and didn't seem professional at all. Here we are in the kitchen and this guy plops down a black case on the counter abruptly. Right off the bat this guy demands all adults in the home stay present the entire sales pitch (mind you, we have young children) and states "if anyone leaves the kitchen the water testing will be over" so our kids start crying and one of leaves to see what's wrong and this guy closed the testing case and threatens to leave if it happens again. I told the guy that we clearly have children and they are first and this was his sales pitch response, "well don't you care about your kids having safe and clean water" as if we'd say no we don't care. Of course we care and that why he's in our home. Fast forward, they quoted a price of over $9k but offers us a discount because we bought the house with an older unit installed already. They charged us $4,900 (we thought it was a great price since the initial was $9k. Booked the install and here comes another poor situation. They installed the system and come to find out that every time we bathed our kids the water smelled like sulfur. Had called them to ask why and they said it's old pipes likely (I'm an engineer (electrical/plumbing/structural) who knows this is not possible since the house water lines had been flushed). We waited and finally pushed for them to come out and they charged us a service fee. Their findings, nothing is wrong with your system they say and left. I dug up where they tied into the water main (they are supposed to tie in before the house unless to leave a house bib for non treated water) and they missed an entire bathroom's water line and installed the system after that. We called and they sent a tech out to fix it. The tech was nice but the lady in the office was as rude and condescending as they come. We had to constantly call them back out for issue upon issue with their proprietary system. They up charge the media because they say it's proprietary but in the end, charcoal is charcoal no matter how you spin it. They say if you touch their system (you own it) they will void your warranty. Issues with the circuit board, to the tanks, to the media, to the seals keep going out and then they blame us or the weather. Anything but warranty their faulty and sub par performing equipment. Their contract states that if they are back out for warranty work within a small window we wouldn't be charged. However they find a way to snake money from you because they say the media or something else that isn't warranty covered is the fault. The owners will not respond, the manager "Jennifer" is as rude and condescending as they come, and their tech "Alex" backs the company by stating what the issues were and why it's will be a billable item. I am not sure how this company continues to scam (yes is said it) customers with no said knowledge on their system or others. They are a predatory company and gives rainsoft an extremely bad name. Rainsoft used to be a good product many long years ago but it's old tech and extremely overpriced for what it barely does. Please consider saving yourself the ongoing frustrations we still face and chose a more local and educated water company to do business with. Their are a couple very great options and they are a lot more versed with the area water and will build you a fair priced system for your needs. They also have filters you can service yourself. In closing, this has been the worst company to deal with!
